KIWANIS HOCKEY Parent Registration Information For families with two or more children (unless one is a goalie), you have the option (recommended) that you purchase a family membership for a flat fee and then register all your children (as many as you have) under it. Anyone with one child playing hockey or two children, but one or both are goalies, should register them individually. Discounts for Goalies are available as well; please answer the associated Custom Questions in the registration. CREATING AN ESPORTSDESK ACCOUNT *Note*: If you have used the esportsdesk registration system with a different club/organization in the past, you can still use the same credentials to login here. Just simply Sign In. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password at the bottom of the Login Page. 1. Use the registration link provided by your club and you will be directed to esportsdesk.com s Registration Portal. You should see the below Login Page. Click Sign Up, then click Sign Up For You. 2. For the sign up process, as an adult member or as the parent/guardian of a child you will create an account under your own name. Then, if applicable, you will be able to add the information of your children when you login to your account once it is created.
3. Fill in your First and Last name, email address, then click Sign Up. 4. Confirm your email address is correct, then click Confirm. 5. Finish creating your account by filling out your personal information in the next screen, then click Sign Up on the bottom right. Your password to your esportsdesk.com account will be emailed shortly after you complete your sign up.
6. Retrieve your password from your email and Sign In into the system. If you have not received your password within 10-15 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder. Otherwise please get in touch with esportsdesk.com at support@esportsdesk.com. REGISTERING YOUR CHILD 1. Click Add/Edit Family Member once you login to your account.
2. Click Add Family Member 3. Fill in the details of your family member using the form provided, then click "Continue". You may leave the family member's email address field blank. System generated emails will be sent to the parent/guardian's email address. If you enter an email address for the family member they will also receive the system generated emails. 4. Double check to make sure your family member's information is correct, or if you need to add/edit additional information such as phone numbers or change his/her address. Click "I'm Finished" when done to submit. Repeat Steps 1-4 to add additional members.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING ONE CHILD ONLY, OR TWO CHILDREN WHERE AT LEAST ONE IS A GOALIE, SKIP AHEAD TO STEP 17 5. From the Dashboard, click Register Now. Then click on Pay Fees Now for the Family Membership. 6. Purchase the membership for yourself only. Click Just Me then click Proceed to next step.
7. Read and agree to the Refund Policy, then click Continue. 8. Select how many children you will be registering under your family membership, then click Continue.
9. Review your Shopping Cart then press Check Out to pay the Family Membership fee. 10. You will get a notification telling you the memberships have been created successfully and an email that has been sent to you with details of the above transaction. 11. Next click Memberships on the left navigation menu.
12. Click Add Family Members to My Membership. 13. Check off each of the children you ll be registering and click Proceed to next step. 14. Agree to the waiver for each child and click Continue.
15. This will take you to the shopping cart, showing a free membership for each child. Press Check Out. 16. You will get an alert telling you your child(ren) have been added successfully to your membership. 17. Click Register Now again (as shown in Step 5), then click the Register Now button for the appropriate division for your first child.
18. Under Groups, select Family, then check off each of the children you ll be registering and click Proceed to next step. 19. For each child, answer the Custom Questions (if any), agree to the waivers, then click Continue. 20. If you registered your children under your membership, each of your child s registration should appear with a price of $0.00. Otherwise, click Check Out to pay the appropriate fees and complete the registration. 21. Click Register Now again to sign up your other children (if applicable) for another division.
