Safety information To assure safety for yourself when using the headset, read the safety information about your headset and observe the guideline of usage and safety measure. Warning Hearing Safety Danger To avoid hearing damage, limit the time you use headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the shorter the safe listening time is. Be sure to observe the following guidelines when using your headset. Listen at reasonable volumes for reasonable periods of time. Be careful not to adjust the volume continuously upwards as your hearing adapts. Do not turn up the volume so high that you can t hear what s around you. You should use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations. Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss. Using headphones with both ears covered while driving is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas while driving. For your safety, avoid distractions from music or phone calls while in traffic or other potentially dangerous environments. Page 2 of 17

Caution Failure to comply with safety cautions and guideline can cause hearing damage. Do not expose the headset to excessive heat. Do not drop your headset. Do not allow your headset to be submerged in water. Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives. If cleaning is required use a soft cloth, if necessary dampened with a minimum amount of water or diluted mild soap, to clean the product. The integrated battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. If you notice strange smells or sounds coming from your headset or the case charger, stop using / charging the case or headset immediately and take it to Maka Service Centre or seek advised from Service Centre. Failure to do so may result in causing physical damage or device malfunction. Do not store your device in very hot or very cold areas. It is recommended to use your device at temperatures from 0 C to 60 C and humidity from 10% to 80% Not doing so may cause the headset to malfunction, result in damage, or cause the battery lifespan.. Do not drop your case charger or cause impacts to it. Your charger may be damaged or may malfunction. If expose to excessive heat or submerge in water, your charger may be damaged or parts may malfunction. Ensure maximum battery and charger life Over time, unused headset or charger will have battery discharge and must be recharged before use. Disconnect the charger from power sources when not in use or is fully charged. Leaving batteries unused over time may reduce their lifespan and usage performance. It might also cause the batteries to malfunction discharge at a faster rate. Your device may wear out over time. Some parts and repairs are covered by the warranty within the validity period, but damages or deterioration caused by human error will not be covered Do not disassemble, modify or repair your device Any changes or modifications to your device can void your manufacturer s warranty. If your device needs servicing, take your device to a Maka Service Centre. Getting Started Charging Case/Earbud of TWS-X100 TM Charging (Case and Earbuds) Use the charger to charge the casing and earbud before using it for the first time. Charge the casing by connecting via USB charger. Use only Makaapproved chargers, batteries, and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to malfunction, explode or damage the case. If the case or earbud is not charging properly, take the device and the charger to a Maka Service Centre. While charging the case and earbud, red light will be light up on both led indicator. When its fully charged for both earbud and case, blue light will be on for 2 minutes and then goes off. -Bluetooth Earbuds Charging in Case Charging (without charging case) While charging the earbuds in the case, red light will be on both Led When earbud is fully charge, red light will go off. Note: This charging case support charging and discharging at the same time. Page 12 of 17

Fitting of Earbud GettingStarted Fitting of Earbud of your TWS-X100 TM Fit Remove the earbud from the case and carefully place in your ear. (choose the correct earbud rubber cap for the best comfort for your ear). Adjust Twist and adjust the earbud accordingly shown below to make it fitted nicely onto your ear contour. Connect & Ready to Go Turn on the earbud and pair with your device accordingly and set to go. Page 13 of 17

Pairing of Earbuds Getting Started Pairing of Earbuds of TWS-X100 TM - Pairing with Phone (Both Earbud synchronize) Press the multi-function button once (Power on) on the left earbud follow by a voice prompt Pairing will be heard. Turn on Bluetooth function in your Smart Phone and find TWS- X100" in you blue-tooth searching list, click it and then you will hear a beep sound follow by prompt" Your Device is Connected. Press the multi-function button once on the right earbud to connect with the left to sync with the left. - L&R Earbud Pairing (Individual) Separately press the multi-function button both left & right once (Power on) follow by press and hold for 3 seconds until you will see the Blue and red led light flashes quickly in turns at the side of the earbud and you will hear voice prompt Pairing on each side. On the Bluetooth function you will see 2 different pairing. TWS- X100" left Earbud and TWS-X100R Right Earbud. You can click on both to pair to your phone at the same time but only 1 side is workable at a time. Page 14 of 17

Getting Started Multi-Connection for TWS-X100 TM TWS-X100 cannot connect two phones at the same time on both earbuds. Only when using single earbud can be supported both phone. Multi-Connection: Follow the instructions in the "Pairing" section (individual) to connect the Bluetooth headset to device1. Once connection is successfully established, disable the BIuetooth function on device 1 and turn off the Bluetooth headset. Follow the instructions in the "Pairing" section to connect the Bluetooth headset to device 2. Once connection between device2 and the Bluetooth headset is established, go back to device 1 and turn on BIuetooth function on device 1. The Bluetooth headset should automatically connect to device 1. Or you can simply tap the headset name to connect from your device if it doesn t connect automatically. You have now maintained an active connection with 2 devices at the same time. You can now make/answer phone calls from both devices. Only host earphone left earbuds can make phone calls. When a second phone has in-coming call, need to press the key to hold on the first phone s call, and press it again to pick up the second phone' calling. Page 15 of 17

Call Answering Getting Started Call Answering/ Music for TWS-X100 TM When a call coming in, a beep alert sound will be prompt followed by the default musical tone in the earbud. Press once on the Multi-function button to receive a ca II. End a Call Short press once on the Multi-function button to hang up a call. Call Waiting Answering Short press once on the Multi-function button to end the existing call follow by beep alert with default musical tone will prompt for the call answering. Press once again on the multi-function button to answer the call. Reject an incoming call Press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second till a musical sound prompt was heard. Note: During the process of listening to music and a call come through, the music will pause and Music Playing Control Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button to play or Pause Music Page 16 of 17

Voice Command Getting Started Voice Command for TWS-X100 TM Voice command control for TWS-X100 is enable for your mobile device. Both IOS and Andriod are applicable to this function. - IOS / Andriod Follow the instructions in the "Pairing" section to connect the Bluetooth headset to device By pressing twice on the multi-connection button, Voice command will be triggered. Note: For Andriod device will require to set up the command accordingly in order to get the command function. Page 17 of 17
