Summary Web Page composer is a tool used for publishing web content in the SAP Portal. This content is often used in internet Portal implementations and therefore has to be accessible by anonymous users. This document presents a succinct step by step solution of the setting needed for accessing Web Page Composer content with an anonymous user. Note: In the following the Portal path System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Content Management will be referred to as CM Configuration. Step 1: Implement note 837898 (How to configure anonymous CM access) The settings specified in the SAP Note 837898 should be implemented first. The settings recommended in this note are presented in the following. For a more detailed review of this note go to https://service.sap.com/notes URL Generator Service settings Prerequisite: your user has the System Administrator role. Navigate to CM Configuration > System Administration > System Configuration > KM Configuration > Content Management Configuration > Global Services > URL Generator Service (visible in advanced mode). Change URL generator settings as follows: a) Replace the prefix /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/* inside the parameter values Image Path, Viewer, XML Forms CSS URL, Content Access Path with /irj/go/km/docs. The value of the parameter Image Path must look as follows: /irj/go/km/docs/etc/public/mimes/images The value of the parameter Viewer must look as follows: /irj/go/km/docs The value of the parameter XML Forms CSS URL must look as follows: /irj/go/km/docs/etc/xmlforms The value of the parameter Content Access Path must look as follows: /irj/go/km/docs b) Replace the value of the parameters Properties Page and New Resource Properties Page from /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.uidetails to /irj/go/km/details The value of the parameters Resource Properties Page and New Resource Properties Page must look as follows: /irj/go/km/details c) Replace the value of the parameters Explorer Servlet and Navigation Servlet from /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.navigation to /irj/go/km/navigation. d) Replace the value of the parameter Highlighted Content from /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.highlightedcontent to /irj/go/km/highlightedcontent. e) Replace the value of the parameter Basic Search Servlet from /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.basicsearch to /irj/go/km/basicsearch. f) Save the changes. Authentication scheme settings for PCD objects Prerequisite: your user has the Content Administrator role. 2. Open the PCD Editor by following the path: Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Portal Users > Standard Portal Users > Standard User Role > Open > Object a) Navigate to Home (note the tooltip com.sap.km.home_ws) > Hidden > URL Access. b) Open all contained iviews (Basic Search, Details, Document, Highlighted Content) for editing. c) Select the property category Advanced. d) Change the property Authentication Scheme to anonymous. e) Save the changes. 2008 SAP AG 3

Step 2: PCD Configuration Ensure that all of the objects residing in the folders listed below have the Authentication Scheme property set to anonymous. Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Web Page Composer > Container iviews > WPC Default Containers Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Web Page Composer > iview Templates Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Web Page Composer > Page Layouts Navigate to Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Web Page Composer. Open the permissions editor for the Page Layouts folder. Add the Everyone group and assign the following permissions: Administrator None End User - <checked> Role Assigner - <not checked> Step 3: Security Zone Configuration Navigate to System Administration > Permissions > Portal Permissions > Security Zones > com.sap.nw.wpc and open the permissions editor for the no_safety folder. Ensure that the Everyone group is assigned with the following permissions: Administrator None End User - <checked> Step 4: XSLT Helper Configuration Navigate to System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Content Management > Web Page Composer > Editor > XSLT Helpers -> XSLT Helpers. Click the New button and set the values: Name anonymous_user Alias portal/anonymous Implementation com.sap.nw.wpc.km.service.editor.xslt.xslthelperruntimestandard Key for Description Default helper for anonymous framework during runtime PRT Mode * Click the OK button. Step 5: Engine restart Restart you engine for the changes to take effect. 2008 SAP AG 4
