Assets are ordered alphabetically, by title. Users can search for assets by key word, using the Search field. Users can click on an asset to view details about the BI analytics to which it links. To access the analytics linked to assets, users require user permissions for the applications on which those analytics are built. For example, if an analytic is built using SAP Crystal Reports, the user requires permissions for the SAP Crystal Reports application. User permissions are managed by your BI Administrator. Assets in Draft mode can t be seen by uses of the analytics hub, with the exception of users with content editing privileges who can see the Draft assets they have created. Links to BI analytics can be added to assets. These analytics may be created using SAP analytics software or using analytics software from third parties. Descriptive content and links to useful information can be included in assets.
