Thick fog may occur over the river basins and moderate to thick fog may occur elsewhere over the country during mid night till noon. Cold wave: Severe cold wave is sweeping over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions and the regions of Jessore, Kushtia, Srimangal, Sitakunda & Mymensingh and moderate to mild cold wave is sweeping elsewhere over the country and it may continue.. Temperature: Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country. SKS Foundation With the financial and technical assistance of UKAID through Chars Livelihoods Program (CLP), SKS Foundation has distributed 1245 pieces of blankets in Lalmonirhat Sadar and Aditmari upazila of Lalmonirhat district on 10th December 2012. SKS Foundation distributed 13,160pcs of blankets at Ulipur, Chilmari, Rangpur Sadar and Mithapurkur upazila with the financial supports of CARE-Bangladesh. A number of 6,634 families were covered under this initiative. In collaboration with Action Aid Bangladesh, SKS Foundation distributed 450 blankets and 400pcs sweaters among enlisted children of AWARE Project at Fulchari upazila under Gaibandha district.
