BULK MAIL STEPS To assist you in the bulk mail process, please make sure to follow the following steps. Key things to know in advance: 1. There must be a minimum of 200 pieces in a bulk mail with 150 of those pieces mailed to zip codes that begin with either 339 or 341. 2. The bulk mail department is located at the 1200 Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples 34102 in the back of the post office. The entrance is a separate entrance from the regular entrance and not well marked. The drive is located just south on Goodlette-Frank Rd. 3. Bulk Mail Trays and sleeves can be obtained in advance of your mailing. It is easier to prepare the mail in your office than at the post office. 4. IMPORTANT: Print the bulk mail permit on the envelope or buy a bulk mail stamp and stamp each envelope.
