Introduction This document is the release notes for Pulse Secure Mobile Android Release 5.2R1. This document contains information about what is included in this software release: supported features, feature changes, unsupported features, known issues, and resolved issues. If the information in the release notes differs from the information found in the documentation set, follow the release notes. New Features Pulse Secure Rebranding This includes changes for supporting pulse secure as the user agent string and pulse secure schema for intent launch method (ex, pulsesecure://). Knox Enhancements: o Knox EULA (As an EMM vendor using KNOX or AIDL interface, I should be able to configure and connect/disconnect VPN without requiring user to accept EULA. o Knox VPN Auto connect on reboot, now Knox VPN automatically connects back after the device reboot without VPN alert dialogue. o Knox VPN Auto reconnect on max session timeout, with this feature, Knox VPN automatically reconnects one the session reached max session timeout that was configured on the VPN server. o As a Pulse Secure Android VPN user, Android VPN alert dialog should not be shown for KNOX configured connections on KNOX devices. Rebooting the mobile device resolves the issue. PM-1851 Knox VPN Auto reconnect feature may fail intermittently when the connection reaches idle timeout. PM-1891 VPN connection profiles disappears when changing app permission but comes back if app is killed and reopened.
