MY CHURCHILL DOWNS ACCOUNT Through your My Churchill Downs Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your My Churchill Downs Account, you can: «Renew and purchase tickets to your favorite race dates and events «Transfer your ticket(s) to friends «Print or reprint your ticket(s) to any home or office printer «Safely and securely sell your ticket(s) through Ticket Exchange «View your ticket(s) on your mobile device Managing your tickets through your My Churchill Downs Account is convenient, simple, secure, and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. To log in to your My Churchill Downs Account via a desktop computer, use your account ID or an email address on your account. If you are logging in via a mobile device or app, you must use the primary email address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary password emailed to you. If your temporary password does not work, your account may be locked due to inactivity. Once logged in, you may change your password through the edit my profile link on the home page. PRINT TICKETS STEP 1: STEP 2: Visit https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/churchill on your desktop web browser and log in to your account. You may also visit https://churchilldowns.com/tickets and click on the Log In link. Select Manage My Tickets from the home page. Then select a specific event. Note you can switch between calendar and list view by using these icons:

PRINT TICKETS STEP 3: STEP 4: Click Print-at-Home on the top bar and then select the seats you want to print. The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional events/seats by clicking manage more tickets, or continue the process of printing your tickets by clicking print in the upper-right-hand corner. This icon on an event means you can also view your ticket on a smartphone. Log in to My Churchill Downs Account using your smartphone, select an event, and click 'view tickets.

PRINT TICKETS STEP 5: STEP 6: On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. If you need to cancel the original barcodes and re-issue new barcodes, check the box next to Reprinting tickets?. Click Continue to print. The Box Office recommends re-issuing new barcodes when you transfer tickets to a friend or if your tickets have been lost or stolen. Confirm all details, agree to the terms of use and click submit.

PRINT TICKETS STEP 7: Your tickets will automatically download as a PDF to either be printed immediately or saved for printing later. You will receive a confirmation email that your tickets have printed.

STEP 1: STEP 2: STEP 3: Download and open the Churchill Downs App on your mobile device before attending your event. Tap on the Tickets banner on the home screen or ticket icon on the bottom tool bar. Tap the Manage & Scan Tickets button to manage tickets that have already been purchased. Sign in with the primary email on your My Churchill Downs Account Manager before approaching an entrance gate at Churchill Downs. Once you log in you will be able to see all of the upcoming events that you have tickets to and are able to be managed. STEP 4: As you approach an entrance gate at Churchill Downs, open your app and log in. Tap the ticket category for the ticket you will be using from the Events screen (i.e. if you have Suite tickets, tap the text Day at the Races Suites ).

MOBILE ENTRY FOR TICKETS PURCHASED FROM TICKETMASTER.COM STEP 1: Download the Ticketmaster App to your smartphone STEP 2: Open the app, tap My Tickets at the bottom menu bar. STEP 3: Tap Sign In and enter your Ticketmaster account email and password that was used when purchasing the tickets on ticketmaster.com. Tap Sign In. STEP 4: Tap View Tickets next to the event you wish to view. Your ticket(s) for that event will be listed.

To view more information about your ticket, tap the icon. *Apple Wallet for iphone Users: After viewing your tickets, tap Add to Apple Wallet and then, on the next screen, tap Add. **Not all events may be available for mobile viewing. ***Some tickets may have a delay where you may not view the QR code until 30 days prior to the event.

If you are arriving separately from your guests or cannot attend a race, you can easily transfer tickets through your My Churchill Downs Account. The recipient will receive an email notifying him/her of the pending transfer. In order to accept the tickets, the recipient will need to log in to his/her existing My Churchill Downs Account or create a new account with the same email address to which the tickets were transferred. Once he/she logs in, there will be a note at the top of the home screen indicating that he/she has a pending offer to accept tickets. *You may cancel a pending transfer by going to the Manage My Tickets page and clicking on the Transfer & Resale box. Then review your Transfers Sent to cancel.

TRANSFER TICKETS CHURCHILL DOWNS MOBILE APP VERSION STEP 1: STEP 2: Open the Churchill Downs App on your mobile device and tap the Tickets banner on the home screen or ticket icon on the bottom tool bar. Tap the Manage & Scan Tickets button and sign in. STEP 3: There are three ways to transfer a ticket: 1. To transfer a block of tickets, you can tap the three dot icon at the top right of the event you need to transfer. This will transfer all tickets on that order. 2. If you want to select multiple tickets to transfer, tap on the type of ticket (i.e. if you want to transfer a Suite ticket, tap Day at the Races Suites ) and then tap the word Select at the top righthand corner. This will allow you to select the tickets you wish to transfer by tapping anywhere on the ticket. Once selected, they will have a green border and a green circle with a check mark at the bottom. The top of the screen will also list how many tickets you have selected. Tap Transfer at the bottom of the screen when you have selected all the tickets you wish to transfer. Tapping Done at the top right-hand corner will unselect tickets. 3. To transfer a single ticket, tap on the type of ticket you want to transfer from the Events screen and tap the word Transfer below that ticket. TRANSFER TICKETS CHURCHILL DOWNS MOBILE APP VERSION All of the previous methods of transferring tickets will take you to this screen: Both parties involved will receive an email notification when a transfer occurs. STEP 4: Tap Add from contacts to find your ticket recipient in your contact list or fill in the fields below with their name and email address. Recipient STEP 5: You may type a message that will be sent to the recipient in the text box at the bottom of the page. STEP 6: Tap Done when finished. If the display is correct, tap Complete Transfer. in the bottom right-hand corner. Tap Your Upcoming Events to return to the ticket managing home screen.

TRANSFER TICKETS CHURCHILL DOWNS MOBILE APP VERSION Cancelling a Transfer Accepting or Declining a Transfer From the main Events page within Manage and Scan Tickets, select Activity at the top to see any current ticket activity. This is where you may cancel a pending transfer before the recipient can accept or decline it. Recipient Donor The recipient may log into their My Churchill Downs Account Manager to accept or deny a ticket transfer from the Activity screen. Both options will send an email notification to both parties involved. Both parties will receive an email notification if a transfer is cancelled.

In order to accept the tickets, the recipient will need to log in to his/her existing My Churchill Downs Account or create a new account with the same email address to which the tickets were transferred. Once he/she logs in, there will be a note on the top of the home screen indicating that he/she has a pending offer to accept tickets. *You may cancel a pending transfer by going to the Activity tab on the top bar. Then review your Pending Transfers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why are certain tickets not available for printing? Possible reasons include: The tickets or the season ticket package has not yet been paid in full. The event has passed or racing has already begun for today s event. The event or type of ticket is not eligible for print-at-home or mobile viewing. The barcodes for the event have not yet been established by the box office. There may be a print delay on the event. If so, the event will have a print ready date. Why are certain tickets not available for forwarding? Possible reasons include: The tickets for that event have not yet been printed. Tickets must have a barcode to be forwarded. Simply print your ticket via print-at-home to establish a barcode. Then you will be able to forward. The tickets or the season ticket package has not yet been paid in full. The event has passed or racing has already begun for today s event. The event or type of ticket is not eligible for ticket forwarding. The barcodes for the event have not yet been established by the box office. There may be a print/forward delay on the event. If so, the event will have a print ready date. Why don t I see my print-at-home tickets after I click the print button on my desktop computer? Possible reasons include: Navigate to your computer s download folder to find the pdf file of the tickets. Your internet browser could have pop up window blocks turned on or the security level is too high.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why will my print-at-home tickets not open on the computer after download? Possible reasons include: Your computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher or another PDF reader application to view the tickets. Your PDF reader is out of date and must be updated (visit Adobe s website for a PDF reader free download). Your computer may not have enough memory. Your computer software may be out of date to support Adobe or other PDF reader applications. Ensure your printer also has enough memory and is up to date on software patches to be able to print the PDF. I printed my ticket more than once. Each ticket has the same barcode. Will all tickets be allowed into the venue? If all tickets have the same barcode and the same seat location, the first ticket scanned with that barcode will be the only ticket allowed into the venue. If you lose your ticket, it is recommended that if you reprint your ticket and check the box to generate a new barcode. You can change your barcode up to 5 times. You may view the mobile ticket on your phone an unlimited amount of times. If you change the barcode on your ticket and have downloaded the mobile ticket to Apple Wallet/Passbook, you must re-download the ticket to establish the new mobile barcode. I transferred my ticket to the wrong email address. How do I cancel? You may cancel a pending transfer by going to the Manage My Tickets page and clicking on the Transfer & Resale box. Then review your Transfers Sent to cancel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I cannot log into the My Churchill Downs mobile website or the Churchill Downs App to manage my tickets. You must use the primary email address on your account and not your account number to log into your account with this method. Password could be expired or account locked. I cannot log into the Ticketmaster app. You must use your ticketmaster.com email address and password to access this app. Visit ticketmaster.com for information on resetting your password and account access for these ticketmaster.com purchases. I cannot log into the My Churchill Downs account desktop site. To log in to your My Churchill Downs Account via a desktop computer, use your account ID or the primary email address on your account. If you are logging in via a mobile device, you must use the primary email address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary password emailed to you. If your temporary password does not work, your account may be locked due to inactivity or too many invalid password attempts.
