Access New Campus Wi-Fi Using: Apple iphone/ipad 1. Connect to the Wi-Fi SSID named LMC WiFi Employee Reg (you connect to this SSID ONLY ONCE to register your device). 2. Once connected to the SSID, open your Safari browser. The webpage shown below should appear. Cick on Register Device. 3. Enter your Portal Username (Example: jdoe123) and password. Note: you will now be associated with this device, so it is important that you use your own username and password. 4. Click Install on the Zero-IT Activation screen, as shown below:
5. Click Install Now. The software will create a Wi-Fi setting for the secure site. For security, the device will ask you to enter your passcode that you set up on your iphone/ipad (this is the code you use to unlock your iphone/ipad). 6. Once the installation is complete, you will see the Zero-IT Activation screen again, click Done at the top right of the window and you will be presented with the screen below. DO NOT do anything on this screen. 7. Shutdown and restart your device and it should connect to a secure SSID named LMC Employee and you should not be required to login. We have noticed that it does not automatically connect with older iphones (3Gs). In this case, go back to Wi-Fi settings and connect to SSID LMC Employee.
Access New Campus Wi-Fi Using: Smart Phone with Windows OS 1. Connect to the Wi-Fi SSID named LMC WiFi Employee Reg (you connect to this SSID ONLY ONCE to register your device). 2. Once connected to the SSID, open your browser. The webpage shown below should appear. Cick on Register Device. Enter your Portal Username (Example: jdoe123) and password. Note: you will now be associated with this device, so it is important that you use your own username and password. 3. You will then get a screen like the one shown below. Windows phones cannot run the file with the encripted key, so you have to write down the Network key that is displayed and then type it in next step. 4. Connect to the Wi-fi SSID LMC Employee and it will prompt you for a password. Enter the Network key from the previous step exactly as it appeared.
Access New Campus Wi-Fi Using: Windows Laptop 1. Connect to the Wi-Fi SSID named LMC WiFi Employee Reg (you connect to this SSID ONLY ONCE to register your device). When you open your web browser, you should see the webpage shown below. Cick on Register Device. 2. Enter your Portal Username/Password. Your Username will now be associated with this device. 3. You will see a box like the one shown below. 4. If you use Internet Explorer (IE), you will be prompted as shown below. Click Run (if you use a browser other than IE you may have to download this file, then double click on the file to install the key). This device (computer, or tablet) is now associated with your Portal Username and you will NO LONGER be prompted to login to the campus Wi-Fi. 5. Please Re-Start your computer. Your Wi-Fi will now connect to SSID LMC Employee.
Access New Campus Wi-Fi Using: Apple Notebook 1. Connect to the SSID LMC WiFi Employee Reg and launch a web browser. When prompted, click Register Device. 2. When prompted, enter your Portal Username (Example: jdoe123) and password. Note: you will now be associated with this device, so it is important that you use your own username and password. 3. You will be prompted to save a configuration file, click on Save File. 4. Go to the folder where the download file resides and double click to run the file. You will be asked to enter the administrator password. DO NOT TOUCH your keyboard until the install is complete. Go back and connect to LMC Employee WiFi and you are done.
