Enrolling in Bill Pay 1 Log-in to your online banking account. Click Bill Pay from the top menu. 2 Enter your e-mail address and click submit. 3 Then read and accept the terms on the next page. 1.
4 Next, the Enrollment page will appear. Enter all required information and click continue. Be sure to verify your account number and account name as well. TIP: Fields may already be pre-filled. Review and confirm that information is correct before clicking continue. 5 6 1 2 The next page will ask you to verify your account by asking a variety of questions. Answer all the questions and click continue. Congratulations! You are now enrolled in Bill Pay. Click finished. Adding a Payee To add a bill payee, begin by logging into online banking and click on Bill Pay from the top menu bar. The Payment Center screen will appear. From this screen click Add a Bill from the top menu. 2.
3 Select the type of payee by selecting a category and reviewing the list or typing the company name at top. Then click continue. You can choose a Company or Person. For this example, we will choose a Company. 4 5 Then enter a nickname, account number and confirm the account number then click add bill. From the confirmation page you can either click to add another bill or finish. 6 Your payee will now appear on the list in your payment center. 3.
Making a payment 1 Once you set up your bill payees and they are added to the Payment Center, you can start paying bills simply by adding the amount you want to pay next to the bill payee name. You can also choose which account the payments will be deducted from if you have more than one checking account. 2 The standard pay date is automatically inserted into the pay date field. This is the date that the biller will receive your payment. The date can be changed by clicking the calendar icon and choosing a date that appears in blue. 4.
3 Once you have entered the amounts and dates, click send payments. Then review your payments on the Review Payments screen before clicking Submit Payments. 4 Your payment will appear in the Pending Payments section. From here you can cancel and make changes to any payment that is still pending. 5.
Pay a Person - Popmoney Personal Payment Service 1 To access Popmoney personal payment service, start by logging into online banking and clicking Bill Pay. 2 Then click on Popmoney from the top menu in the Payment Center. 3 Select the account you want the payment taken from. Then select the name of the person you are sending the money to from the contact list. Enter the amount you want to send and the date you want to send the payment. TIP: You can add a new name to your contact list by selecting add new contact in drop down menu. 6.
4 Lastly, select the send method type and click continue. You can review your payment in the next screen. Once you review and confirm the information, click send payment and the payment will be sent. TIP: If you choose e-mail as your send method you can send the e-mail as a e-greeting card by selecting make it special and choosing a template. 7.

A Use Popmoney to pay anyone you know, or owe it s the easy way to send and receive money directly from your First Citizens Federal Credit Union account. Q How secure is Popmoney? A From the moment information is sent to Popmoney to the time it is stored and accessed again, it is encrypted using industry leading software, hardware and algorithms. Security is also utilized at specific points and actions in the product. For example, to help prevent an unauthorized person from fraudulently depositing someone else s payment, one-time passcodes are used. For every initial payment to a new email address or mobile phone number, a one-time passcode is sent to the user. 8.
Q A How fast can I send and receive money with Popmoney? With Popmoney, a recipient can receive money in as little as one business day. However, in some cases it may take longer. For example, if you send an email or mobile payment and the recipient is not yet registered for Popmoney, he/she must sign up for the service so that we have their account information to deposit their payment. Also, if you exceed your next-day payment limits, then we will deliver payments within three business days. Limits can and will vary and can be checked by clicking the Help icon on the Send Money screen. Q Will I be paying any fees? A There is no fee to enroll in Popmoney and a discounted fee of $0.50 per outgoing transaction is applied to First Citizens Federal Credit Union members. 9.
