Once logged in, click the Square in the upper left hand corner of the page. Then choose the OneDrive option. NEXT: Once the OneDrive directory opens to the page, you will need to copy the URL from the address bar in the browser. To do so, click anywhere in the Address bar and it will highlight the URL. Once highlighted, use the Ctrl-C option with your keyboard to copy.
NEXT: Paste that copied URL into the Library sync window. Then click Sync Now. NEXT: Once you click the Sync Now button on that page, it will ask you to sign in. You should use your Social Impact email address for this. Click the Next button once complete.
NEXT: Then you will be asked for your email password. Enter this and click Sign in with the check box selected for Keep Me Signed In. Final Step: Signing in will begin syncing your files with the local C drive directory from OneDrive. Click Show my Files at the bottom to open the folder location.
Accessing OneDrive: This is the location for your OneDrive files. It should be listed as OneDrive for Business on the left hand side of the menu. STEP 2: Adding Files You can add files to this location also at other times simply by right-clicking on the icon in the bottom right hand side of your screen, by the time display. Once the folder is open in Windows Explorer, you can drag and drop, copy or cut files into this location. We recommend making a new folder in this One Drive for Business location called Documents. Once you move files this folder, they will begin synchronizing directly with the website. To include your local Documents folder to be synced, you must add your documents to the OneDrive folder manually by CUTTING them from your regular Documents folder. NOTE: It will take some time to synchronize all of your files, and you may have to log out and back in to login.microsoftonline.com to view the files that are synced. IMPORTANT: If you copy files to this location, you are making a copy of that file, rather than moving the original. This means if you make changes to the file in your Documents folder, it will not synchronize the changes in OneDrive. The only way changes are synced to OneDrive is by editing the files in the One Drive for Business folder.

Working Offline with OneDrive In Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1, you can browse all your files in OneDrive even when you're not connected to the Internet. If you also want to open and edit files when you don't have an Internet connection, you need to make those files available offline. These are files that were created in OneDrive or on another PC and then saved to OneDrive. The file contents are therefore only in OneDrive so that they don t take up space on your PC. When you are connected to the Internet and open only-only files from File Explorer and most apps, the contents are downloaded automatically. In order to give yourself full access to any online-only files, you need to make the file available offline while you are still connected to the Internet. Follow the steps above to Make Offline. Check which files are available offline: You can see at a glance which files are available offline in both the OneDrive app and File Explorer.
