Introduction To print visitor labels there are two steps you must take. 1. The first is to activate Visitor Label Printing in your WhosOnLocation account. This takes only a minute. In the Helpdesk refer to How to Activate Visitor Label Printing. 2. The second is ensuring the Dymo printer you will use has the right settings enabled in the actual printer software and the Browser you are using on the Kiosk has the right Page settings. This paper addresses Step 2, and assumes you have completed Step 1. Installing your Dymo Your Dymo 450 (SKU: 1752264) will come with its own software and install guide book. Follow the instructions on: Page 3 of the Guide titled 2: Installing the Software and Page 4 titled 3: Connecting your LabelWriter Printer. The latest version of this software is Dymo 8 which is designed to run with Windows and MAC. If for some reason your CD is out of date with your operating system you can download the Dymo 450 Driver at http://global.dymo.com/enau/software/labelwriter_450.html Once you have installed and registered your Dymo 450 you will see the Dymo icon on your desktop. 3 P a g e

Dymo Basic Settings Setting up your Dymo 450 to print visitor labels only takes about 10 minutes and should only need to be done once. In order for WhosOnLocation to print visitor labels to your Dymo 450 printer we need to complete 5 steps to complete the setup. 1. Setup the Basic Dymo Settings to print the correct size label 2. Setup Label Size in Dymo a. There are 3 Label sizes supported by WhosOnLocation: i. Small (Dymo Label Code 99010) 89mm x 28mm ii. Medium (Dymo Label Code 99015) 70mm x 54mm iii. Large (Dymo Label Code 99014) 101mm x 54mm This Guide looks at how to setup the Medium Label Make sure you have the correct Dymo Labels on-hand based on the label size you selected in your WhosOnLocation Account in Printing Options. In this guide we show the settings for each Label option. 3. Setup Dymo Print Preferences to print labels in the correct aspect (Landscape) and to be the default printer if you are setting it up to run in Unattended Mode on this PC or laptop. 4. Setup WhosOnLocation as a Trusted Site to allow visitor data to pass between the PC or Laptop, the WhosOnLocation web site, and your Dymo Printer. 5. Setup Internet Explorer Printing options to match those in the Dymo Software. When going through the setup options, you will only have to do this once. Your PC or Laptop should remember the settings each time you login. Continued overleaf 4 P a g e
