A subsequent press of call control button will stop the dialtone if no call was initiated. 4.4 SwyxIt! conference calls The conference feature of SwyxIt! will also work with the supported Plantronics devices in the sense that conference call can be dropped, muted, un-muted. 5 Unsupported features Current version of Plantronics software for SwyxIt!/Netphone does not support Hold functionality from device. 6 Known issues After the installation of Plantronics software for SwyxIt!/Netphone, Ringing device is not configured, so manual configuration should be performed (see section 3.2). Changing volume level in the softphone does not affect volume level on Voyager Pro UC and Savi 700 devices. On Win XP systems, volume level changes on the softphone do not change volume level on the Microsoft Optimized versions of the supported headsets. When using CS5060/USB headset, if the softphone is muted, the mute status is not reflected in the headset and two presses of the call control button on the headset are required to unmute the softphone.
