Use it in front of your TV or when away from home: View and Search your TV Program Guide Manage DVR recordings - schedule and delete recordings Perform numerous Remote Control functions Utilize voice recognition to change TV channels To Get Started 1. Call MTCO Customer Service at 800-859-6826 to set up your username and password. 2. On your iphone or ipad, visit http://www.mtco.com/?television&mobile-apps or scan the QR Code to the right to go to the site to select the Apple App Store button for your Apple device to download the ManageMyTVs app. 3. Follow the Initial Sign In instructions to begin using today! (Figure 1-1) iphone ManageMyTVs Application Initial Sign In (Figure 1-1) 1. To use the ManageMyTVs app, select the ManageMyTVs icon from the screen. The ManageMyTVs Sign In screen will appear. 2. Enter dvr.mtco.com in the URL Address. 3. Enter your username in the Username field. 4. Enter your password in the Password field. 5. Select the Sign In button.

(Figure 1-2) Select an Action Menu (Figure 1-2) Guide - View up to 12 days of programs in the Guide. Select programs from the Guide to view program information and schedule future recordings. Search - Search by keyword or phrase for a specific program. Recordings - View all existing and scheduled recordings within the DVR at your home. Remote - Use your phone as a functional remote control. More: What s Hot - Provides real time information about the most popular programs being watched in the user s area as well as the most popular recordings and series recordings. Programs may be selected from within the What s Hot app to view program information and schedule future recordings. You may also tune your TV to a program by selecting Watch. Settings - Customize the Guide by setting how many hours of guide information are displayed, determine sign in information, view admin log and sign out. (Figure 1-3) (Figure 1-4) Program Guide (Figure 1-3, 1-4) 1. Select the Guide button from the ManageMyTV s Action Menu at the bottom of the app screen to view the Program Guide data for any given channel and date. 2. Select if you would like to view the Program Guide By Date (Figure 1-3) or By Channel (Figure 1-4) to begin browsing. (Figure 1-5) Program Search (Figure 1-5) Select the Search button to search for a specific program. 1. Enter the desired phrase or keywords into the Search Text field. Select the Search button. 2. Results for the search will appear. Select the program (episode) you would like to view and a Program Information screen will appear with the program description, air date and time, and the channel number the program will be aired on. 3. In the Program Information window, select Search to view future programming or select Record to set a recording of this program.

Show Recordings (Figure 1-6, 1-7) Select the Recordings button from the Action Menu to show existing recordings, scheduled future recordings, and series recordings. 1. To view existing recordings, select the Recorded option at the top of the screen. To view future scheduled recordings select the Future option. Select the Series option to view series recordings (Figure 1-6). 2. You also have the option at the top of the screen to customize how your recordings are listed - Alphabetical, Newest First, Oldest First or by Channel. 3. When you select a recording, a Program Information window will appear (Figure 1-7) with the program description, air date and time, and channel number. To delete the recording, select the Delete Episode button on the bottom of the screen. (Figure 1-6) (Figure 1-7) Remote Control (Figure 1-8) This action allows your iphone to function as a remote control. First, select the room where you want your phone to function as a remote control. You may use the Up/Down and Right/Left arrow buttons, the Menu, Guide, Info, Exit and OK buttons. The user may also enter a specific channel number to tune to. (Figure 1-8) What s Hot (Figure 1-9) 1. To view the What s Hot app, select the More button from the Actions Menu and select What s Hot. 2. From this Program Information window, you can view program information, search for more air times of this program and/or set a recording of this program. (Figure 1-9)

Select the Guide button from the ManageMyTV s Action Menu at the bottom of the app screen to view the Program Guide data for any given channel and date. You can view up to 12 days of Guide information and filter by All Channels, Subscribed Channels or Favorites (indicated by the red heart). 2. Select the desired channel within the channel list on the left side to tune to that particular channel. (Figure 1-3)

(Figure 1-4) Search (Figure 1-5, 1-6) Select the Search button to search for a specific program. 1. Enter the desired phrase or keywords into the Search Text field. Select Search Exact or Search Like. 2. Results for the search will appear. Select the program (episode) you would like to view and a Program Information window (Figure 1-6)will appear with the program description, air date and time, and the channel number the program will be aired on. 3. In the Program Information window, select Search to view future programming or select Record to set a recording of this program. 4. Within the Program Information window, users can also Search for more air times of this program and/or set a recording of this program. (Figure 1-6) (Figure 1-5) What s Hot (Figure 1-7) 1. To view the What s Hot app, select the What s Hot button from the Actions Menu on the bottom of the screen. 2. To view program information, select a program and a Program Information window will appear with the program description, the air date and time, and the channel number the program will be aired on. 3. (Figure 1-8) Show Recordings (Figure 1-8, 1-9, 1-10) Select the Recordings button from the Action Menu to show existing recordings, scheduled future recordings, and series recordings. Recordings Menu Options: All Recorded - This list contains all recorded programs. One-Time Recorded - All one-time recordings. All Future - All future recordings that are currently scheduled including one-time and series recordings. One-Time Future - All future one-time recordings. If you choose a program from these options, a Manage Recording window will appear where the user can assign the recording to a folder, protect the recording, or delete the recording. Series - If you choose a program from this list, a Manage Series window (Figure 1-9 and Figure 1-10) will appear where you can change the series recording details: start time, stop time, folder destination, number of episodes to keep, auto tune and record new only. You can also delete the series or just delete an episode. (Figure 1-9) (Figure 1-10) Remote Control (Figure 1-11) This action allows your ipad to function as a remote control. First, select the room where you want your phone to function as a remote control. You may use the Up/Down and Right/Left arrow buttons, the Menu, Guide, Info, Exit and OK buttons. The user may also enter a specific channel number to tune to. (Figure 1-11)
