1.0 SCOPE One (1) GPS Antenna, Part Number 42G1215A-XT-1-N, Serial Number 1007- A241321, was tested on February 17, 2011 and February 18, 2011, and one (1) GPS Antenna, Part Number 42G1215A-XT-1-N, Serial Number 1007-A241353, was tested on March 31, 2011, in accordance with the tests and requirements of RTCA/DO-160E and MIL-STD-461F, which shall be referred to as the subject specifications for the remainder of this test report. The applicable test requirements of the subject specification are presented in Table 1. TABLE 1. 2.0 TEST RESULTS The GPS Antenna, P/N 42G1215A-XT-1-N, S/N 1007-A241321, met the specification requirements of RTCA/DO-160E for ESD. The GPS Antenna was returned to Antcom. The GPS Antenna, P/N 42G1215A-XT-1-N, S/N 1007-A241353, met the specification requirements of MIL-STD-461F for conducted susceptibility test methods CS114, CS115, and CS116. The GPS Antenna was returned to Antcom. The GPS Antenna, P/N 42G1215A-XT-1-N, S/N 1007-A241353, met the specification requirements of MIL-STD-461F for conducted susceptibility test methods CS114, Curve 5 (modified extended range 200 MHz to 400 MHz). The GPS Antenna was returned to Antcom for post tests and final evaluation. It was the responsibility of the Antcom representative to operate and monitor the GPS Antenna throughout testing, and report any indications of degradation or malfunction to NTS. The customer did not report any degradation or malfunction. The test results are tabulated in the test summary, and the referenced test data and graphs are presented in Appendix A. 2.1 Pass/Fail Criteria The EUT shall not exhibit any malfunction, degradation of performance, or deviation from specified indications. 7

3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION OF TESTING 3.1 Security Classification The test sample was unclassified. 3.2 Test Facility February 17, 2011 February 18, 2011 Testing was performed outside of the chamber was in the NTS EMI open area. March 31, 2011 One (1) NTS 23' x 15' x 11' double-solid shielded enclosure was used for the EMI/EMC testing covered by this report. The enclosure is manufactured of zinc plated 20-gauge cold-rolled steel panels. The ambient level is at least 6 db below the specification limit. The ambient level is at least 6 db below the specification limit. 3.3 Ground Plane The ground planes used for the EMI/EMC tests covered by this report was a 40" x 191" x 0.065" and 4' x 20' x 0.065" copper sheet (the top of the bench) bonded to the shielded enclosure in accordance with the specification requirements. 8

3.4 Test Equipment The test instruments used during testing covered by this report are presented in the equipment list in Appendix B. 3.4.1 Instrumentation Calibration Policy The instrumentation used in the performance of these tests is periodically calibrated and standardized within manufacturer's rated accuracies and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The calibration procedures and practices are in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and ISO 17025:2005. Certification of calibration is on file subject to inspection by authorized personnel. 3.5 Test Setup Typical test setup photographs showing the test sample and associated equipment used are included in Appendix B. 3.6 References a.
