Word-selectable devices such as the 9AA6C, 9LC6C or 9C6C are dependent upon external logic levels driving the ORG pin to set word size. For dedicated 8-bit communication, the 9AA6A, 9LC6A or 9C6A devices are available, while the 9AA6B, 9LC6B and 9C6B devices provide dedicated 6-bit communication. Advanced CMOS technology makes these devices ideal for lowpower, nonvolatile memory applicatio. The entire 9XX Series is available in standard packages including 8-lead PP and SOIC, and advanced packaging including 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-, 8-lead x DFN and 8-lead TSSOP.
