TO STORE PERSONAL SPEED DIALS 1. Press *40 2. Enter speed bin no. (001-099) 3. Enter telephone number to be stored 5. Press RECALL TO DIAL A PERSONAL SPEED DIAL 2. Press *9 key 3. Enter speed bin no. (001-099) TO DIAL A SYSTEM SPEED DIAL 2. Press *9 key 3. Enter speed bin no (2000-4999) 5

IN SKIN VOICEMAIL ( Please note that your Pabx vendor will advise you on which type of voice mail you have ) Dial slowly; wait for all confirmation tones to complete dialling. To record your greeting. 2. Dial *361 # to start recording 3. Press the Recall key to save the greeting 4. Note once you have recorded your greeting you must divert your phone. E.G *494# (page 4) To delete your greeting. 2. Dial *361# 3. Replace handset To retrieve your messages. Dial *67 After listening to your message you then have the following options. To delete the message dial #1 To save/ skip the message dial #2 To replay the message dial #3 Remote access to in skin voicemail To access your voicemail remotely first you have to set up an authorisation code ( access code )in the system NB. This code has to be 5 digits and can not be duplicated by other users To record your authorisation code 1. Dial *331 2. Dial 5 digit authorisation code 3. Press recall button Once you have accessed your voicemail remotely, press the * key when you hear your greeting being played. You will be prompted for your authorisation/access code. Entering your authorisation /access code will allow you to gain access to listen to your messages. 6

TO ACTIVATE MOBILE EXTN Operation To register a mobile extension number in the system 1. Lift Handset dial *3 2. Dial 33. 3. Dial the mobile phone number that is being registered. 4. Press the R (recall) button. To activate (deactivate) a mobile extension, perform the following Steps: 1. Lift hanset dial *3 2. Dial 34. 3. Dial 1 to activate the extension, or 0 to deactivate it. 4. Press the R (recall) button. TOLL BAR OVERRIDE Operation Dial *3 23 Enter unique PIN number followed by # Dial 1 and then your telephone number 7
