Outlook MEDEA. incorporated into planning framework of BMZ, but no final approval, yet significantly smaller budget than current MEDEA project; hence, need for priority setting evaluation of MEDEA I in first half of 7, possibly in conjunction with Joint APMP/APLMF Workshop, scheduled for May 7 MEDEA. expected to start early 8 (-year phase, i.e. until end of )
