Машинасозликда CAD/CAE автоматик лойиҳалаш асослари тизимини қўллаш (225 соат/ 8ECTS) Курс яратувчилар: Саидов Д. М., Жуманиязов Х. Ж.(ТАЙЛҚЭИ), Собиров Б. A. (AMИ)

CAD/CAE/CAM ўзи нима? Маълумки, бирор маҳсулотни ишлаб чиқаришда унга, маҳсулотнинг бозорга чиқариш вақтининг қисқа, маҳсулот таннархининг кам ва сифатининг юқори бўлиши каби асосий талаблар қўйилади. Бу талабларни CAD/CAM/CAE технологияларни кенг миқиѐсда қўлламасдан туриб амалга ошириш иложи йўқ. Машинасозлик сохасида Автоматик лойихалаш тизими (АЛТ) ибораси одатда, CAD/CAM/CAE функцияларини, яъни компьютер ѐрдамида лойиҳалаш, ишлаб чиқариш ва инженерлик маълумотларини бошқаришларни амалга оширувчи дастурлар тўпламига нисбатан ишлатилади. Биринчи CAD тизимлари 60-йилларда пайдо бўлган. Айнан шу вақтда General Motors компаниясида, маҳсулотни ишлаб чиқаришга тайѐрлашнинг интерактив график тизими яратилган эди. Solid Edge ST механик деталлар ва конструкцияларни лойиҳалаш ва ишлаб чиқиш учун мўлжалланган функционал модуллардан ташкил топган дастурлар тўпламидир.

Бу тугма орқали сичқончан юқори/пастга ҳаракатлантириб, Solid Edge ST ишчи ойнасининг масштабини ўзгартириш мумкин ва бу тугмани босилган ҳолда ушлаб сичқончани чап/ўнг, юқори/пастга ҳаракатлантириш орқали яратилган моделни X, Y, Z ўқлари атрофида айлантириш; - (Сичқончанинг ўнг тугмаси). Танланган операцияни амалга ошириш тугмаси. Бу тугма Enter тугмаси билан бир хил вазифани бажаради. Белгилашни тугатиш ва Solid Edge Promt ойнасида таклиф қилинаётган одатий қийматларни қабул қилиш учун хизмат қилади. Мавжуд қўшимча имкониятлар ойнасини пайдо қилади.
