Energi Savr Node Digital Fixture Controller - CPN6916 Energi Savr Node with for Quantum 369794c 1 08.25.17 The Energi Savr Node family is a group of intelligent, modular products for the control of lighting loads. This document describes the Energi Savr Node with -compliant Digital Addressable loads. It provides loop power and control for two independent loops with up to 64 ballasts each. The Energi Savr Node unit with also provides direct connections and power for the following Lutron devices in a Quantum system: sensors Daylight sensors IR receivers QS devices Features Includes QS control link for seamless integration of lights in a Quantum system. Provides communication power for up to 2 loops of compliant digitally addressable loads (up to 250 ma per loop). Each loop can control a maximum of 16 zones. Power failure memory retains control unit programming in the event of a power loss. Four occupancy sensor inputs for automated control of lights. Four daylight sensor inputs automatically adjust light levels based on the amount of natural light entering through the windows. Four IR receiver inputs for personal control. Model Numbers QSN-1DAL-S-CPN6916 QSN-2DAL-S-CPN6916 Device Compatibility Energi Savr Node for meets the criteria specified in the standard. Lutron s experience is that many labeled products do not fully comply with the standard. Due to this reason, ballasts, drivers and the installation thereof that do not fully comply with IEC/EN/BS 62386 or do not pass the tests as described in the standard shall not be acceptable. Upon request, at Lutron s discretion, and for which an additional fee may be charged, Lutron can test ballasts and drivers to provide a measure of confidence that the ballast and drivers on this job will be compatible with the Lutron control system. Testing will be performed on the sample that is provided to Lutron prior to the installation of any lighting control equipment. Since the 3rd party product will have a specific date code, manufacturing, hardware and firmware revisions, which may change over time, Lutron assumes no responsibility and cannot guarantee compatibility for field installations. Compatibility can be guaranteed when using Lutron s EcoSystem lighting control system in conjunction with Lutron EcoSystem Ballasts and Drivers. Contact your Lutron sales representative for details on how to get these devices tested by Lutron. For a complete list of Lutron-qualified ballasts please refer to Application Note #482 at www.lutron.com for more information.
