TROUBLESHOOTING In case that esam application displays the message during programming the timer esam adapter can not be found please make sure that the driver for esam adapter has been installed. HOW TO CHECK IF THE DRIVER FOR ESAM APPLICATION HAS BEEN INSTALLED? 1. Go to Device Manager in Control Panel and check the available ports. After checking it connect esam adapter to PC using black Y-USB cable and check again available ports. If driver for asam adapter is properly installed additional port will appear after esam adapter connection. In order to install the driver please double click on the icon called CDM20824_Setup.EXE to install the driver. The file you get when you download the esam application from the SCC-Website and unpack the ZIP-File. A window will open and close after the Driver installation is completed.
