Access / contacts If not logged in, you ll see images and videos. If you need to see more assets (more images, brochures, manuals, catalogues, ) please ask for an access in the «Contact us» menu, and send an email to your dedicated contact. 4 March 2016
Search The search contains 3 parts: search bar categories filters. You can use those fields individually or choose to combine them. Search bar Categories The filters allow to fine-tune the results, or to search within different fields (language, communication type ) Filters 5 March 2016
Search > Cleaning a search To remove all selected filters & categories click on the home icon on the top left corner To remove a selected filter click on the icon To remove a selected category click on the home icon below Categories 6 March 2016
Search bar Keywords are proposed when you type. To combine 2 keywords: «&&» means «AND» Example: A40G && panel (assets containing both «A40G» and «panel» tags) means «OR» Example: A40G panel (assets containing «A40G» or «panel» tags) 7 March 2016

Display > Thumbnail icons Under each asset thumbnail, you have 4 icons: : opens a preview of the asset : opens an information window. : to download the asset : puts the asset in a basket 11 March 2016
Download 1 asset 1. Click on the icon with an arrow 2. Select the desired format size, and click on «Download now» Send Download Link will send you an email (when logged in), including a link to download the asset (only once) Information displayed during a download process (top right corner of the screen). The download will process as a background task, you can continue with other actions while downloading. 12 March 2016
Download several assets Use the basket 1. Click on the icon with a basket for all assets you want to download To unselect, click again. 2. Then click on «Collection basket» Note: you can select all the assets from the page by clicking there 13 March 2016
Download a video You can preview the videos online and download a compressed version. 14 March 2016
Share assets Use the Collection link, to share 1 or several assets, to any person (even those who can t see these assets in Media Library). 1. Put the assets to share in the basket 2. Open the collection basket 3. Click on the envelope 4. Fill-in the different fields, and the receiver will get an automatic email with a link. Note: you can track if the receiver downloaded the asset(s) sent by selecting «Tracked Collection Usage» 15 March 2016
Edit an image When the download window opens: select «Edit before download» then click on «Download now» A new window opens, with different proposed actions: 16 March 2016
Background color Assets with a blue background can only be shown internally (not launched yet). Internal use only Assets with a white background are public. Public use Assets with a green background are the pictures and videos of the Historical (old) products. Public use 17 March 2016
