By clicking on the help banner in the interface, you can find an explanation per file tab 2.1. Tab «ACCOUNT» On this file tab, you can find information concerning your account : External number : number on which you can be reached from outside your company. Extension : number on which you can be reached internally. Company Site :identification of your whereabouts within the company. Department :department to which you belong within the company. Mobile Number : this number will not be visible for other users, by filling out your cell phone number, you can transfer your incoming calls directly to your cell phone. Comments : field will be visible in the internal phone directory, if you wish, you can enter information which might be helpful for your colleagues. E-mail Address : E-mail address on which you will receive your voice messages in «.wav» file. Number to be displayed : activates/deactivates the number presentation when you make a call. 2.2. Tab «MUSIC» In this file tab you can choose and install new background music which your correspondent will hear while waiting, being transferred,... Click on Parcourir to open Windows explorer, select the file which you would like for your background music (an «.mp3» file is mandatory and must be less then 5Mo), double click to import the file and click «Confirm». 3/11

2.3. Tab «VOICEMAIL» In this file tab you will find all received voice mail messages. You can listen to the messages by downloading them, just click on them if your computer has an mp3 reader, a sound cards and speakers. You can also listen to the messages by calling 777 from your phone. A copy is immediately transferred to your mailbox, you can find the mailbox address on the page Account / Mailbox. 2.4. Tab «DIRECTORY» External Contact List : you can file the particulars of your customers, suppliers, partners...which will be visible for all your colleagues. This is not a personal directory. Internal Contact List : finding one of your colleagues easily and quickly: search per site, department, name... and click on «call» to contact them. 2.5. Tab «PHONE CONFIGURATION» In this file tab you can configure the buttons for short numbers and change the ring tone of your telephone. By clicking one of the buttons, you access the page to modify the options. Depending on the type of telephone, certain options can be different from one button to another, for more information see point 4. of this document. Under the option advanced configuration, you can select the ring tone of your telephone. You can also turn your telephone to silent if you select this option. As soon as you have finished your modifications, do not forget to click UPDATE to register the modifications you have made. The telephone will restart automatically. 4/11

2.6. Tab «FORWARDS» In this file tab you can manage your call transfers. Three types of transfer conditions: If busy : if you are on the phone on every line of your telephone, or if your phone is in DND mode (do not disturb) No answer : if your phone has not been answered after 7 rings. Unconditional : for all incoming calls. Three types of transfers : Voicemail : sends the calls to your voicemail (default transfer if busy or no answer) Extension : transfers the calls to one of your colleagues (short number) Mobile : transfers the calls to your cell phone (number as filled out on the page «Account») If you have not entered a mobile phone number, this option is not available Secretary filter : Depending on the options of your account, you can activate/deactivate the filters for the colleagues of which you are the secretary or you can transfer your calls to your secretary. The DND button «do not disturb» : On certain phones this button will redirect the calls unconditionally to voicemail. Do not forget to deactivate in order to receive calls again. 2.7. Tab «CALLS HISTORY» In this tab you can see all the calls from your telephone: incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls... also: find a call starting from your correspondents name or telephone number. You can call back your correspondents from this page by clicking the call icon. 5/11

3. Available for administrators only 3.1. Tab «RESTRICTIONS» On this page, the manager can view the restrictions or interdictions on the directory page and configured them. Select the destination to block, click on Display then select the users to remove from the selection and click Delete. 3.2. Tab «STATISTICS» In this file tab, the manager can find and view all the calls of his colleagues. There are different search possibilities: date, site, department, user... 6/11

4. Details per telephone type 4.1. SNOM 300 6 buttons of which 4 can be configurated, the first two are used for the lines. These are the different possibilities for the 4 remaining buttons: Line Add a line Mute The microphone can be muted DND Activate the DND option (do not disturb), unconditional transfer of all the calls to voicemail Redial Call back the last dialed numbers Transfer Calls can be transferred Conference A conference can be set up External speedial Call to an external user (example: cell phone, international,...) 4.2. SNOM 320 12 buttons of which 10 can be configurated, the first two are used for the lines.
