If you click on the down-arrow next to the number it opens and closes. Contacts: Also in the lower right corner, click on Contacts. You can create new, delete, change the View, and do a Search. If you click on the double-chevron at the right of the Search bar, you can set a Category. In the upper left corner above, you can click on any date on the Calendar to view that day. Under the Menu area, you can change the view to Day, Week, or Month, change the Reading Pane (View), and Print. Again, here you can double-click anywhere to create a new item. Over on the right you ll see the status of your appointment, the Reminder, and the Show time as menu. Other Stuff: To the right of the Reminders you find the Find Someone button. This opens the Address Book. Scroll through it by clicking on the little arrows on each side. Choose a theme by clicking on one of them. You ll find the bar at the top and your menu colors will change.
