CMR Cloud Requirements (1/2) For Your Reference WebEx Meeting Center subscription Hybrid Audio, either WebEx or TSP (WebEx VoIP-only supported from CMR Cloud release 3.5) Video endpoints: both SIP and H.323 protocols supported: SIP: Call Control required DNS based URI dialing RFC 2833 for out-band DTMF to use the IVR (to start meeting/join before host/password protected meetings) BFCP for content sharing (required to share content and to receive it in a separate stream) H.323: DNS based URI dialing (Annex O) H.245 or RFC 2833 for out-band DTMF to use the IVR (to start meeting/join before host/password protected meetings) H.239 for content sharing PSOCOL-1406 2016 Cisco and/or its affiliates. Deployment Considerations (1/2) Recommended design: Enforce TLS and srtp with mutual authentication Use a certificate issued by a public Certification Authority (CA) supported by WebEx (updated list: http://kb.webex.com/wbx83490) Create a new DNS zone on the EXP-E with TLS Verify on Verify the trust list on the Expressway-E to make sure that the Root CA s used by WebEx are included (see https://communities.cisco.com/docs/doc-56298) PSOCOL-1406 2016 Cisco and/or its affiliates.
