Click on next available cell in the File or URL column, E3 in the example. Type in the URL where supporting document can be found or to attach a document, go to next step. 2. Click on the button Attach File to Declaration 3. In the dialog window, browse and select the file you wish to upload. Click OK in the dialog window to upload the file. 4.
