Outlook is a licensed email client so if you want to configure outlook in your system you must need to buy Microsoft office licensed version.

Overview This article gives basic settings to use with IMAP and POP clients. When you need to configure email on any mail client, you'll need to know specific information in order create the account. This information includes which protocol you intend to use to connect, incoming/outgoing ports and server names, and if you want to enable secure connections. This article walks you through your options to configure the email account however you like.

Mail Client Configuration - Thunderbird Thunderbird This Document will help you set up the Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail client to work with your email account. Requirements Before start Configuration, Please be sure you have these handy Your domain name: mail.fresamail.com Your email address: demo@fresatechnologies.com Your email password. Now, please follow below steps to setup. Please click the Continue button, once click the continue button the setup will automatically start to find the necessary incoming (IMAP, POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) servers details. The Email Provider looking up process shown below.

Mail Client Configuration - Thunderbird Server Setup Once complete the configuration looking up, you can get the screen shown as below. While we do initial setup by default the Thunderbird will automatically select IMAP protocol for incoming mail setup, we have to change from IMAP to POP3.

Mail Client Configuration - Thunderbird Once changed your Incoming protocol as POP3 and also change the following details with given below parameters Server Hostname Port SSL Authentication POP3 mail.fresamail.com 110 None Normal password SMTP mail.fresamail.com 25 None Normal password The username has to be full email id Example : demo@fresatechnologies.com Please click the Done button and when you click the done button you will get the below.

Mail Client Configuration - Thunderbird Now successfully complete the Thunderbird mail client setup. Then we have to schedule send and receive time, By default the thunderbird Scheduled on automatic send/receive will be every 10min this has to be changed by below steps. Please click the Tools menu and select the Account Settings and then select Server Settings. Once click the Server Settings you will get the below screen, from the below screen please change Check for new message every 1 min.

Schedule Send and Receive Timing - Thunderbird And also change Leave message on server, for most as 60 days. Then click Ok. Congratulation to successfully complete the Thunderbird mail client setup.

Access Mail through Web Browser - Zimbra Access mail through web browser This will help you Login mail on web browser. And change your account password. Requirements Before start, Please be sure you have these handy Your email address: demo@fresatechnologies.com Your email password. Now, follow below steps to setup, Step I Enter your URL to access the mail on web which has been given by the support team. Mail Password Change - Zimbra Once given your email id as user name and password, please click the Sign In button then you will get your mail access web page shown below. Step III Once logged in to your web access mail service you have to change your default password given by your support, for changing your login password you have to click the Preference tab when you click the preference tab you will get the below screen.

New password: Please give your new password wish to keep as your password. Confirm: Confirm again the new password which you have given. Then press Change password button. Then you will get the below password changed message screen pop up, please close the change password tab and you can navigate your mail access page. Now your password has been changed. You may now close the window.

Mail Client Configuration - Outlook Outlook: To configure the email on Outlook 2013. This Document will help you set up the Outlook 2013 e-mail client to work with your e-mail account. Requirements: Before start Configuration, Please be sure you have these handy, Your domain name: mail.fresamail.com Your email address: demo@fresatechnologies.com Your email password. Now, please follow below steps to setup; Install your Microsoft office with outlook and follow the below steps to configure your Outlook mail client. After installed the Microsoft office please click the Programs from the start button and you can find the Microsoft office outlook 2013. Please double click the Microsoft office outlook 2013 application short cut shown above, you will get the following screen outlook 2013 configuration startup screen Illustrated below.

Add Account - Outlook From the above screen please click Next which the option selected with Yes then we can get the following below screen. From the below Auto Account Setup Screen Please tick the option, Manual set or additional server types then press Next. Once you click the next button we can get the below screen. From the below screen we have to select POP or IMAP option then press Next.

User and Server Information - Outlook Once you get the above screen you have to fill the User information, Your Name: The name you can type which shown to other Example: Demo E-mail Address: you have to type your valid email address Example: demo@fresatechnologies.com Once completed the user information we have to give the server information, Account type Account Type has to be POP3 that can be selected from the list of values Which there is only two values IMAP & POP3. Incoming Mail Server (POP3) Incoming mail server the details will be given by our support team once you have received the details from the support you have to type the given server details in the incoming server column. Example: mail.fresamail.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP) Outgoing mail server (SMTP) the details which has given by the support team. Example: mail.fresamail.com Once completed the Server information then click the More Settings button which has been shown below. Then give the details and change the settings as follow the given steps,

Internet E-mail Settings - Outlook

Test Account Settings - Outlook Once finished Internet E-Mail settings, then click Ok and then Next. Once clicked the Next button, automatically run the test account settings because we already selected Automatically test account settings when Next is clicked.

Mail Client Configuration - Outlook Now we have to see the account settings box, is there noted Congratulations! All tests completed successfully, click close to continue. When your action is failed, you have entered wrong information s, then go and check all details again. Now click Close button, then you will get below screen. Congratulation you have successfully created your Outlook E-mail client account. Click Finish, you will enter your account in outlook.

Set Your New Account as Default - Outlook Set default your new account We have created a new account means if you have an account already then now you are create an account so we want to do set this new account as default. We have to consider few parameters which has been shown below. Now To go account setting for set your account as default, Please click on File -> Account Setting, Click Data Files, select your profile ( for ex: Demo), and click Set as Default. Follow the given steps as per below given the screen shots,

To start mail setup Now, follow below steps to setup; From the Home screen, choose Settings. Next, tap Mail, In the Accounts section, tap Add Account. Choose your email account type. For setting up email to work with your Media Temple service, choose other.

Your iphone will then verify your account information. Upon successful completion, you will be taken back to the Mail screen. Your account will now be listed in the Accounts section.
