TAG GmbH as company TAG GmbH is the Transmission System Operator of the TAG Pipeline System in compliance with 170 (21) of the Austrian Natural Gas Act (GWG 2011) and has been granted ITO certification in July 2014. TAG GmbH is the exclusive holder of the transportation rights as well as of the property of the TAG pipeline system. The shareholders of TAG GmbH are SNAM S.p.A. (84,47%) and Gas Connect Austria GmbH (15,53%). 3
