Install the system so the power cord can be unplugged from the wall socket immediately in the event of a malfunction. Battery Installation Since the remote control will be used to control many of the operations of the unit, you should begin by installing the batteries. 1. Turn the remote over and remove the battery compartment cover. 2. Insert the battery according to the markings on the battery compartment. 3. Close the battery compartment cover. 4. Test the unit by pressing the MUTE or any mode key. If the battery is inserted correctly, the unit will show a response to the instruction. Notes: Do not leave the remote control in an extremely hot or humid location. Do not expose the remote sensor to direct sunlight or lighting apparatuses. Doing so may cause a malfunction. If you do not intend on using the remote control for an extended period of time, remove the batteries to avoid possible damage due to battery leakage and corrosion. If you find that the remote control cannot be used from within the normal distance from the main unit, then the batteries may be getting weak. Please replace the batteries. Once batteries are removed, dispose of them immediately. Avoid touching any leaked materials. Basic Operations Power Up the System Connect the AC adapter and turn on the 'power' switch on the back panel. The system will start up automatically. Turn the power ON/OFF Press the key to either power the unit ON or OFF as required. Master Volume Control Press the keys on the front panel to adjust the main channel volume. Treble Volume Adjust Press the keys to adjust the treble volume. Bass Volume Adjust Press the keys to adjust the bass volume. Subwoofer Volume Adjust Press the keys to adjust the subwoofer volume. Bluetooth Controls To select Bluetooth input, select Bluetooth on the remote control. Press to pair your Bluetooth audio device. LED will show pairing and flash. Search for the Bluetooth receiver on your Bluetooth audio device and select it. You will then be able to play music via Bluetooth. Unit will return to normal playing mode if no pairing has occurred after 10 minutes. Press to play and pause the audio. 3
Press to skip backward or forward one track. Playing FM Radio 1. Select FM Input Mode Press the key to select FM input mode. The LED will display the last tuner frequency, such as 87.5. 2. Listen to a Preset Program Press the number keys to select the radio station that you have already saved. Once selected, the screen will display the radio program frequency. 3. Select Program Press the key to adjust the band of the tuner. Press the key for 2 seconds, and the FM tuner will search automatically. You can press again to stop the searching. 4. Memory Program When you receive a clear radio station program and want to save it, hold down one of the number keys for 2 seconds to assign that number to the channel. How to Mute Press the key to turn sound ON/OFF. Press again to restore the audio to the original level.
