League Manager Support Instructions Please note; these instructions are directed at league and club administrators who have been given access to manage leagues and enter squads, these instructions are not aimed at providing information to all players. We will be providing instructions for all players in the coming week. Also please note there are a number of documents outlining more detailed League Manager processes at support.tennis.com.au Please see below instruction on the following processes for League Manager; How authorised users can enter scores How authrosied users can enter squads How Comp/ League Administrators can provide authorisation to clubs so they can enter squads and scores Where and how to login for users Also please note the one key difference in login websites; For people administering leagues or club administrators entering squads they must go to leaguemanager.tennis.com.au For people simply wanting to enter scores or check fixtures they must go to leagues.tennis.com.au How Comp/ League Administrators can authorise club users to enter scores and squads Start by going to - leaguemanager.tennis.com.au log into your account (as an administrator you will have different access to a player or club administrator). Once logged in, go to the top of the screen where your Association name and click on the drop down box and enter the club name you re trying to access into the search box. Once the searched club has come up click on the club name. After following the steps above you should now be administering the club you have searched. Go to Authorisation on the left and click on the drop down box, then click on Add Authorisation. In the search box enter the email address of the club person you are trying to add as an administrator. If their name comes up that is good, you will be able to add them by clicking on the add button at the bottom of the screen. They will not initially show up as a user so please refresh the screen and they should then appear on the list as an authorised person. Based on the steps above this person will now be able to enter scores, enter squads and print oiff scores sheet in match centre at leagues.tennis.com.au.

How to get people to join tennis If someone has not yet joined tennis they will need to go to leagues.tennis.com.au then on that screen go up to the top right hand corner and click on Join Tennis. From here they can create their own account. How authorised people can enter scores Go to leagues.tennis.com.au from here login. Once logged in go to Team Management then go to Matches Participant then to find match then click on the match you are wanting to add scores for click on Modify on the right hand side then click view scorecard then click on add rubber results. This will give you boxes to enter scores into, enter the games for each player on the box next to their name. Once all scores are entered click on save at the bottom of the screen. How an authorised club administrator can enter squads Go to leagues.tennis.com.au from here login. Once logged in go to Team Management and under that click on Teams. Now at the next step scroll down the page to find the team you wish to add players to. Click on the View button then click on Manage Squad from here, in the search box type the player s name (also please untick the box which says only search players in your org. By unticking this you will be able to add any listed player). A player may be listed a few times as there are still duplicate in the system, please click on the player name with the lowest number next to it or closest to the top of the screen with the correct spelling. When the players name appears in the list, click on the select button to the right. Scroll back up to your team list and the new name should now appear. Make sure you save after each player added.
