1. Introduction 1.1 System Requirements To successfully access and use BOC Online banking, you need to fulfill the following requirements. Computer with Internet access (not support PDA and mobile phones). Telephone lines and modem or broadband Internet access and other channels. Recommended screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels or higher, in order to achieve the best results. Logging In Start BOC Online banking by entering the BOC homepage address into your browser: www.bankofchina.co.id Click on the Personal Online Banking Login button at the top-right hand of the homepage, you will be directed to the following user login page.

First Time Login For security reasons, upon your first login to BOC Online Banking, you will need to change your given Username and Password. Username & Password: Enter the Username and Password as indicated in the Password Mailer. E-Token: Enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) that is currently displayed on your ETOKEN device. Verification Code: Enter the random codes shown on the screen. If unclear, you can click on change verification code to retrieve a new random code. Once all fields completed, click on [Login] button, the first time you successful sign on, you will be prompted to create a new Username and password for security reasons. New User Name: Create a new Username of your choice (8 to 20 characters combination of letters and number) with no spaces or special characters). Note: once the Username successfully created, it cannot be modified anymore. Original Password: Enter the initial password assigned by the bank. New Password: Create a Password (8 to 20 characters combination of letters and number) with no spaces or special characters. The password must differ from your Username. Re-Enter New Password: Re-enter again your new password. Once all fields completed, click on [Next] button. A message confirming the password has been changed successfully will be prompted as shown on below screen: To start access BOC online banking, you need to re-login again using your new created Username and Password. 3. Basic Description of Welcome Page 5

After you log in for the first time, or every time you log in thereafter, your online banking welcome page is the first screen you will see. 3.1 Multi Language Switch By clicking Language icon at the top-right of page, you can easily switch into Chinese or English version as you wish. 3.2 Welcome Information Welcome information is located at the right part upper side of welcome page. Respectively show Customer s Name, last successful login time, and last failed login time for user reference. 3.3 Frequent Operations These quick links facilitate access to frequently used Internet banking functions. Only with one click on the selected item will open the requested operation. Only one click on the selected item will open the requested operation. 6

3.4 Personalized Shortcuts Beside quick link on Frequent Operations, BOC online banking also provide you with 12 personalized shortcuts area. You can simply place these areas with online banking functions you use most. Simply drag any frequent used online banking functions from the left-hand menu and drop it into a shortcut area as shown on the above screen. Once the setup is successful, you can click on the shortcut function and directed to the corresponding function page. When the shortcut function is no longer in user, you can simply delete it by clicking on the item, a Red Cross sign will then show at the top right item, click on the sign. A confirmation dialog box will appear click the [OK] button to proceed. 3.5 Latest News and Today s Exchange Rate By clicking on the All Functionalities arrow at the left hand-menu, User enables to expand or hide both Latest News and Today s Exchange Rate menu. 3.6 Print and Skin Icon To change the current default skin (or wallpaper background) into one of the available options skin as shown on the following screen, click the red colour Skin icon located at the lower right corner of the page. Once the skin selected, system

To print the data displayed on each online banking session, click the red Print icon, a window will then open displaying a preview of the printed page, click on the [Print] button to print the data or [Cancel] button to close the window without printing. 3.7 Exit Icon To log out your online banking session, click on the Exit icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. A confirmation window will then prompted to you as shown on the following screen. Click on [Confirm] button if you wish to leave BOC Online Banking or [Cancel] button if you wish to continue access. 4. My Accounts My Accounts function provides you with basic account management functions, including the Account Overview, Transaction details, Term Deposit enquiry, Account Management.

4.1 Account Overview The Account Overview displayed a summary real-time balance of accounts associated with your online banking. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <My Account - Account Overview>, enters into the function page. This page displays basic information of all accounts available to online banking If the linked account including time deposit account, you need to click on the Show Balance link to display each currency of all your time deposit balances (if applicable). By clicking on the right-upper [Asset Summary Report] button, you can view the total account balance and available balance summary of all listed accounts. The total shown balance is categorized as per currency. (Note: asset summary report just can be launched if all listed accounts balance has displayed). 4.2 Transaction Details This function allows you to enquiry about the accounting records of all transactions of selected accounts handled at the counter or by internet banking and other channels. The historical transaction records is available up to 1 year with every query time span no longer than 3 months. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <My Accounts - Transaction Details>, enters into the function page.

Select the Account you wish to query from the drop-down list and choose one of the Search Date options (choose Today s Transaction Details if you wish to view the current date transaction details of the selected account or choose Historical Transaction Details if you wish to view over the last one year historical transaction details), and then click on [Enquiry] button to proceed. The query results page displays the transactions for the account selected. Note: the range of dates for the historical transaction enquiry cannot be more than 3 months. By clicking on the [Download] button at the right hand corner of the page, you can open the file with CSV format or save the file to your computer. 4.3 Time Deposit Enquiry This function allows you to enquiry all of your time deposit details which opened via BOC Counter or Internet Banking.

Operating Steps: Personal BOCNET User Guide In the left-hand menu, choose <My Account Term Deposit Account Details>, enters into the function page. Select your time deposit account from the drop-down list, and then click on [Enquiry] button, all your active time deposit will be listed on the screen as shown on below. By clicking on the Rollover List link next to the each deposit records, you can display the selected time deposit rollover details. 11

4.4 Account Management This function allows you to nickname any of your linked accounts, self register additional account(s) opened at BOC counter which have not been linked into internet banking, or cancel any linked account(s) which you wish to terminate from internet banking. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <My Account Accounts Management>, enter into the feature page. The system displays list of all your accounts which have been registered into online banking. (1) Modify Alias For easy reference, you can give nicknames to your accounts to help you in easily identifying the accounts used in your online banking session. Operating Steps: Click the Modify Alias link next to a particular account under the Account Management function page. The System will then pop up Modify Account Alias window. Simply enter a nickname in the Account Alias field and then click on [Confirm] button to proceed. Once created, a message confirming the account has been successfully changed will appear as shown below: 12

The system will display this name throughout, unless you change the name again from this screen. (2) Deregister This link allows you to delete or deregister any account which you are no longer wanted to use anymore in your online banking session. Operating Steps: Click the Deregister link next to a particular account under the Account Management function page, a confirmation window will then pop up. If you sure to delete, click [Confirm] button, a message confirming the account has been successfully deregistered will appear as shown below: Note: Account that has been cancelled cannot be registered at the same day. 13

(3) Register account This function allows you to add new account(s) which opened at BOC counter after internet banking registration, to add the accounts accessible in your online banking session; you can simply self-register those account(s) via this function. Operating Steps: Click on [Register New Account] button under the Account Management function page, a window listing new account(s) will be prompted. Select the account (s) to be registered, and then click on [Confirm] button to proceed. A message confirming the account has been registered will appear as shown below: 5. Transfer & Remittance 5.1 Transfer/remittance (1) Same Currency Transfer between My Accounts You can use this function to transfer money between your own accounts held with BOC in same currency. 14

Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance>, enters into the function page. In the List of Pay-out Account select one of your accounts which you want to debit with the amount to be transferred. In the List of Pay-in Account under My account drop-down list select another of your same currency account which you want the funds to be credited. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. Select the Pay-out and Pay-in Currency from the drop down list, and then click on [Next] button to enter into the transfer application page. 15

Complete all mandatory fields of the relevant transfer details: Pay-out Amount: enter the amount to be transferred. Transfer Method: Select one of the following options from the drop down list. Immediate: Use today s date for an immediate transfer. Personal BOCNET User Guide Appointment date: you can select a specific future date up to 30 days when the fund transfers to be made. Appointment cycles: you can set the transfer up as regularly scheduled or recurring transfer (weekly, biweekly or monthly). Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. Review details, if details are correct, click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. The successful result will display similar to the following screen. (2) Different Currency Transfer between My Accounts You can use this function to transfer money between your own accounts held with BOC in different currency. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance>, enters into the function page. 16

In the List of Pay-out Account select one of your accounts which you want to debit with the amount to be transferred. In the List of Pay-in Account under My account drop-down list select another of your same currency account which you want the funds to be credited. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. Select the Pay-out and Pay-in Currency from the drop down list, and then click on [Next] button to enter into the transfer application page. 17

Complete all necessary fields of the relevant transfer information: Pay-out Amount or Pay-in Amount: Choose one of the options to enter the amount of funds. Personal BOCNET User Guide If the payment involves foreign exchange, you may click the View Exchange Rate link to display the conversion rate between your cross currency transfers. Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. Review details, if the details are correct, enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) generated by your ETOKEN device, and then click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. The successful result will display similar to the following screen. (3) Same & Different Currency Transfer within the Bank You can use this function to transfer funds to 3 rd party account holders within BOC in same or different currency. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance>, enters into the function page. 18

In the List of Pay-out Account select one of your accounts which you want to debit with the amount to be transferred. In the List of Pay-in Account under Payee within the Bank drop-down list select the payee/beneficiary you would like to make the payment to. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. If this is the first time you make payment to the payee/ beneficiary, you need to create payee details by clicking on the + sign at the left hand New Payee. The system will display payee information input page. Complete respective fields of the Payee information: Business Type: Choose Transfer option (this option indicates domestic transfer) Payee s Bank: Choose BOC option (this option indicates internal transfer within BOC in Indonesia) Payee s Name: Enter the full name of the recipient / beneficiary (this field MUST enter with capital letters and must not contain any special characters [ ] ^ $ \ ~ @ # % & < > { }: ' "). (Important Note: Payee s Name must be identical with the name maintained in our Bank core system; otherwise your transaction will be failed. Payee s Account No.: Enter the 15-digit of recipient / beneficiary s account number (must not contain spaces) Tick on the Save as frequent payee s account Box if you wish to save this payee details for future use. (After this transaction successfully submitted, system will automatically save this payee s information and, at the next time you make transfer to the payee, you just need to select it from Payee within the Bank drop-down list under List of Pay-in Account column.

After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Next] button. The system will then pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. Select the Pay-out and Pay-in Currency from the drop down list, and then click on [Next] button to enter into the transfer application page. Complete respective fields of the relevant transfer information: Pay-out Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred with a comma used as a decimal delimiter (,) e.g. 1250,70 If the payment involves foreign exchange, you may click the View Exchange Rate link to display the conversion rate between your cross currency transfers. Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. 20

Review details, if the details are correct, enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) generated by your ETOKEN device, and then click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. The successful result will display similar to the following screen. (4) IDR Transfer to Others Bank You can use this function to make IDR funds transfer to any individual or corporate beneficiary, who held an IDR currency account with any bank within Indonesia via Express transfer (RTGS) or normal transfer (SKN). Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance>, enters into the function page. 21

In the List of Pay-out Account select one of your accounts which you want to debit with the amount to be transferred. In the List of Pay-in Account under Other Domestic Bank Payee drop-down list select the payee/beneficiary you would like to make the payment to. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. If this is the first time you make payment to the payee/ beneficiary, you need to create payee details by clicking on the + sign at the left hand New Payee. The system will display payee information input page. Complete respective fields of the Payee information: Business Type: Choose Transfer option (Note: this option indicates domestic transfer) Payee s Bank: Choose Other Banks option (Note: this option indicates local currency transfer to other banks within Indonesia) Transaction Type: Choose one of these two options (transfer via Normal (SKN) or Express (RTGS). Bank s Name: Select payee/beneficiary s bank from the drop-down list. Select Payee s Bank: Select the selected payee/beneficiary s bank s branches or sub-branches from the dropdown list. Note: This field only pop up when the transaction type is selected as Normal transfer (SKN). Payee s Name: Enter payee/beneficiary s full name (must not contain any special characters [ ] ^ $ \ ~ @ # % & < > { }: ' "). Pay-in Account No.: enter the payee s account number and without spaces. Tick on the Save as frequent payee s account Box if you wish to save this payee details for future use. (After this transaction successfully submitted, system will automatically save this payee s information and, at the next time you make transfer to the payee, you just need to select it from Other Domestic Bank Payee drop-down list under List of Pay-in Account column. After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Next] button. The system will then pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. 22

Select the Pay-out and Pay-in Currency from the drop down list, and then click on [Next] button to enter into the transfer application page. Complete respective fields of the payment/transfer information: Pay-out Amount or Transaction Amount: Choose one of these two options to enter the amount to be transferred with a comma used as a decimal delimiter (,) e.g. 1250,70 If the payment involves foreign exchange, you may click the View Exchange Rate link to display the conversion rate between your cross currency transfers. Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters or Chinese characters). After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. 23

Review details, if the details are correct, enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) generated by your ETOKEN device, and then click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. The successful result will display similar to the following screen. (5) SWIFT remittance You can use this function to make a telegraphic transfer of US dollar, Euro, British pound, Australian dollar, Japanese yen Singapore dollar, and Hong Kong dollar funds to any individual or corporate beneficiary who has held foreign currency account with others bank in Indonesia or outside Indonesia. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance>, enters into the function page. 24

In the List of Pay-in Account under SWIFT remittance drop-down list select the payee/beneficiary you would like to make the payment to. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out/pay-in currency selection window. If this is the first time you make payment to the payee/ beneficiary, you need to create payee details by clicking on the + sign at the left hand New Payee. The system will display payee information input page. Complete respective fields of the Payee information: Business Type: select SWIFT Remittance. Pay-out Currency: select the currency of the account you would like to debit from. Pay-in Currency: select the currency of the payee/beneficiary s account. Payee s Pinyin or English Name: Enter payee/beneficiary s full name in pinyin or English characters (must not contain any special characters [ ] ^ $ \ ~ @ # % & < > { }: ' "). Payee s Bank SWIFT Code: Enter 11-digit of the payee/beneficiary s Bank SWIFT Code. If the code is less than 11-digit, please fulfil the remaining digits with "X" (For example: CENAIDJAXXX). Payee s Account No.: Enter payee/beneficiary s account number (must not contain spaces). Payee s Telephone No.: Enter payee/beneficiary s telephone number. Payee ID No.: enter payee/beneficiary s Identity number. Tick on the Save as frequent payee s account Box if you wish to save this payee details for future use. (After this transaction successfully submitted, system will automatically save this payee s information and, at the next time you make transfer to the payee, you just need to select it from SWIFT remittance drop-down list under List of Pay-in Account column. After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Next] button, and enter into transfer application page. 25

Complete respective fields of the payment/transfer information: Pay-out Amount or Transaction Amount: Choose one of these two options to enter the amount to be transferred with a comma used as a decimal delimiter if needed (,) e.g. 500,50 If the payment involves foreign exchange, you may click the View Exchange Rate link to display the conversion rate between your cross currency transfers. Purpose of Remittance: Select the appropriate purpose of the remittance from drop-down list. Reference: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. Review details, if the details are correct, enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) generated by your ETOKEN device, and then click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. The successful result will display similar to the following screen. 26

5.2 Scheduled Transaction Management This function allows you to enquire or delete all scheduled transfer instruction you have previously specified future processing. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance Scheduled Transaction Management>, enters into the function page. Select one of the search date option (Enquiry by initiating date or Enquiry by scheduled date), and click on the calendar icon to select the query start and end dates, click on [Enquiry] button, the system will display the corresponding record. (1) View Scheduled Transfers Details 27

Click the Details link next to the transaction item which you want to view, the details of the selected transaction will display as shown on the below screen: (2) Delete Scheduled Transfers Click the Delete link next to the transaction item which you want to delete, the details of the selected transaction will display. If you sure to delete, click on [Confirm] button, a message confirming the transaction has been successfully deleted will appear as shown on below screen. 28

5.3 Internet Banking Transaction Enquiry This function allows you to enquire on the status of all payment/transfer you have performed via internet banking over the past one year. Online records include the information of successful or failed transactions. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance Internet Banking Transaction Enquiry>, enter into the function page. Click on calendar icon to select the range of dates you want to enquire and select transaction type from the drop-down list, then click on [Enquiry] button, details of the transaction will be displayed. By clicking on the Internet Banking Transaction S/N link of a particular transaction, you can view the display of the transaction details information. 29

5.4 Payee management This function allows you to display the list of payees/beneficiaries previously saved as a frequent future use or delete any particular payee which you wish to permanently delete from the list. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Transfer & Remittance Payee Management>, enter into the function page. To delete any particular payee that you are no longer wanted, click the Delete link next to the payee which you want to delete. The following confirmation box will appear. If you wish to proceed, click on [Confirm] button, a message confirming the transaction has been successfully deleted will appear as shown on below screen. 30

6. Term Deposit You can use this function to open a new term deposit on your linked accounts (same currency) as well as to terminate a term deposit previously opened in the BOC online banking. 6.1 Create Term Deposit This function allows you to create a time deposit in IDR, USD or CNY currency. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Term Deposit Open Term Deposit>, enter into the function page. Complete respective fields of the term deposit opening information: Pay-out Account: Select the account you want to debit the amount from (Note: the debit account currency chosen must be in same currency with the currency of the time deposit you want to open). Term Deposit: Select your time deposit account from the drop down list. Deposit Amount: enter the amount to be deposited (Note: The minimum deposit amount for each currencies are IDR=10 Million rupiah / USD = 10.000 US dollars / CNY = 10.000 China Yuan). Term: select the desired deposit tenor you wish to open from drop down list. Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). Auto Renewal: this field must be select with Yes option (By selecting this option, the deposit and the interest earned will be automatically rollover on the next renewal). After all information is filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. 31

The successful result will display similar to the following screen. 6.2 Transfer Term Deposit You can use this feature to transfer funds from your term deposit account to your savings account. Kind Reminder: You can withdraw your term deposit at anytime as you wish with no penalty, but the term deposit will not earned interest. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Term Deposit Transfer Term Deposit>, enter into the function page. 32

Complete respective fields of the term deposit transfer information: Term Deposit Account: Select your time deposit account from the drop down list. Savings Account: select the account you wish the withdrawal funds to be credited from the drop-down list. (Note: the selected account currency must be in same currency with the currency of the time deposit which you want to withdraw). Passbook No.: select the virtual passbook number from the drop-down list. Passbook S/N.: select the passbook Serial Number from the drop-down list. Description: Enter any notes relevant to this transaction. This field must be only alpha-numeric characters (Must not contain special characters and Chinese characters). After all information is filled out correctly, click on [Submit] button to continue into the next confirmation screen. Review details, if the details are correct, enter the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) generated by your ETOKEN device, and then click on [Confirm] button to lodge the transaction for processing. 7. Service Setting 7.1 Change Password At any time after your successful registration with BOC online banking, you can change your password. For security reasons it is recommended to change your password periodically. 33

Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <Service Setting Modify Password>, enter into the function page. Enter the correct current password and the new password twice, then click [Confirm Modification] button, the system pops up a confirmation dialog box to change the password. Verify the information, if it is correct clicks on the [Confirm] button, the system will show a successful result as the following screen. 7.2 New A/C No. vs. Old A/C No. This feature can be used after you sign in to the online banking system to query a comparison table of your BOC new account and old account. 34

Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose >Service Setting New A/C No. vs. Old A/C No.>, enter into the function page. Page shows the information of New and Old system of Bank of China account. 8. RMB Service (1) RMB Pre-Settlement RMB Pre-Settlement Remittance is a service provided by Bank of China for individuals who wish to remit Chinese Yuan (CNY), also known as Renminbi (RMB). The remittance is payable in US Dollars and received by the payee in RMB based on the prevailing exchange rate. Business Terms Remitter can be any individual residing outside China (including citizen and non-citizen) * Payee must have Chinese citizenship and holding Resident Identity Card and residing within the mainland of China * Due to the regulation of State Administration of Foreign Exchange in China, an annual limit of USD50, 000 equivalents in RMB is set for the individual's exchange settlement amount. Please make sure your payee fulfil the regulation requirement before remittance can take place * Gentle Reminder If the payee has reached the above-mentioned annual limit of exchange settlement, the remittance transaction will be unsuccessful and correspondent banks in China will refund to the remitter which may cause the individual to undertake exchange risk. All clauses marked * are regulated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, China. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu bar, choose <RMB Service>, enter into the function page. 35

In the List of Pay-in Account under RMB Pre-Settlement drop-down list select the payee / beneficiary you would like to make the payment to. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out currency selection window. If this is the first time you make payment to the payee/ beneficiary, you need to create payee details by clicking on the + sign at the left hand New Payee. The system will display payee information input page. Select USD currency from the Pay-out Account currency drop down-list. Payee s Telephone No.: Enter payee/beneficiary s phone number. Payee ID No.: enter the 15 or 18 digits of the payee/beneficiary s Chinese residential ID number. Tick on the Save as frequent payee s account Box if you wish to save this payee details for future use. (After this transaction successfully submitted, system will automatically save this payee s information and, at the next time you make transfer to the payee, you just need to select it from RMB Pre-settlement drop-down list under List of Pay-in Account column. After all necessary fields are filled out correctly, click on [Next] button, and enter into transfer application page. (2) RMB Direct Remittance RMB Direct Remittance is a service provided by Bank of China for any individual customer who wants to remit RMB between their own RMB accounts opened at any BOC branches within Mainland China. Eligible Application: The remitter and the beneficiary must be the same person (can be any individual residing outside China (including citizen and non-citizen). The daily limit cannot exceed RMB 80,000. According to the relevant requirements of the People's Bank, temporarily BOC Beijing Branch, Chongqing Branch, Liaoning Branch, Shanxi Branch, and Hebei Branch cannot accept RMB direct remittance service. Gentle Reminder: If the beneficiary has reached the above-mentioned daily limit, the remittance will be unsuccessful and correspondent banks in China will refund to the remitter. Operating Steps: In the left-hand menu, choose <RMB Service>, enters into the function page. 38

In the List of Pay-out Account select one of your accounts which you want to debit with the amount to be transferred. In the List of Pay-in Account under RMB Direct Remittance drop-down list select your own account held with BOC branches within Mainland China. Once selected, the system will pop up Pay-out currency selection window. If this is the first time you make payment to the payee/ beneficiary, you need to create payee details by clicking on the + sign at the left hand New Payee. In the Pay-out Account currency drop down-list select CNY currency. Once selected, the additional payee details relevant fields will be displayed as shown below: Select CNY currency from the Pay-out Account currency drop down-list. Complete respective fields of the Payee information: Account Opening Bank Name: Click the Enquiry link to search Payee s Bank. Payee s Bank selection window will display as shown on the below screen: Select the only option ( Bank of China ) from the Payee s Bank drop-down list. Enter keywords for the province / city of the payee s account opening branch in Chinese characters to help you quickly search or directly click on [Enquiry] button next to Account Opening Bank Name field to fuzzy search. The system will list out search results that meet the criteria or list out all bank records for fuzzy search results. 40

Click the Select link next to the item which you are searching for. Once selected, you will be returned to the previous payee s information window and the selected branch will be automatically filled in the Account Opening Bank Name field. Payee s Pinyin or English Name: Enter payee/beneficiary s full name in pinyin or English characters (this field MUST enter with capital letters and must not contain any special characters [ ] ^ $ \ ~ @ # % & < > { }: ' "). Payee ID No.: Enter payee/beneficiary s identity Card number. Tick on the Save as frequent payee s account Box if you wish to save this payee details for future use.
