1. Mobile Banking using the People s Choice iphone and Android Apps. The Internet Banking functionality of the iphone and Android Apps is only available to People s Choice Credit Union members. The Android App is available from the Google Play Store and the ios (Apple) App from the App Store on your smartphone, simply search for People s Choice Credit Union. You can also download the App from our website http://www.peopleschoicecu.com.au/support/mobile-apps The App is supported on the following: - Android version 4.1.2 software and above - ios version 9.0 software and above If you are registered for Internet Banking you will automatically be registered for Mobile Banking. Using the People s Choice Mobile Banking App you can: Locate the nearest branch or ATM Contact us Access our website Login to our secure banking site to : o o o o o o o o o Check your account balances View your transaction history Viewing uncleared funds Perform financial transfers Create Scheduled Payments Pay a bill using BPAY Activate card Change a Card PIN Access Secure Code Mobile Banking FAQs are available on our website by going to https://www.peopleschoicecu.com.au/support/faq/ and select Mobile Banking. Please note the device used to obtain the screen shots for this guide is the iphone 6 Plus (running 10.2.1 software). 2. People s Choice Secure Code We re committed to making your banking experience the best it can be and part of this commitment is providing you with a secure banking environment. People's Choice Secure Code is the key to unlocking your digital banking now and into the future. It's an extra layer of verification that goes beyond the basic username and passwords to give you secure access to your banking. People's Choice Secure Code enhances digital security and real time fraud detection, making digital banking easier and more secure for you to transact anytime and anywhere...even when you travel. People s Choice Credit Union requires the use of People s Choice Secure Code to authorise certain functions on your membership, or for when you are sending funds to a destination that you have not sent to before. This minimises the risk of fraudulent activity on your account. People's Choice Secure Code is available via any of the following methods: - People s Choice Mobile Banking App: Available for supported Android and ios (Apple) smart devices. People s Choice Secure Code security is built into the People s Choice Mobile Banking App and will automatically protect you when using the App. When transacting on our Internet Banking website, you may be prompted to either; o Respond to a Push Notification from within the Mobile Banking App. You can approve or deny the requested function on the device you have installed the People s Choice Mobile Banking App on, or o Generate a 6 digit Secure Code from within your People s Choice Mobile Banking App under Secure Code in the App menu to enter into Internet Banking to complete your transaction. We recommend this option for members who; o use an Android or ios (Apple) smart device o travel throughout Australia or overseas The People's Choice Mobile Banking App offers the convenience of real-time at login fraud detection and proactively alerts you via Push Notifications, offering the highest level of security. Security is continuously improved during App updates, ensuring you are always using the highest protection. Steps on how to download and register the People s Choice Mobile Banking App are provided in this guide. - VIP Access App for Mobile: The VIP Access App for mobile is an alternative option for smart devices, and Windows devices to the People s Choice Mobile Banking App. Provided by Symantec, the VIP Access App for mobile can be downloaded to smart devices and Windows phones. When transacting on our Internet Banking website, you may be prompted to either; o Respond to a Push Notification from within the VIP Access App. You can approve or deny the requested function on the device you have installed the VIP Access App on, or o Generate a 6 digit Secure Code from within your VIP Access App (on your mobile app) to enter into Internet Banking to complete your transaction. We recommend this option for members who; o do not use an Android or ios (Apple) smart device o do not use the People s Choice Mobile Banking App o are travelling throughout Australia or overseas. Page 5 The VIP Access App for Mobile offers the convenience of real-time at login fraud detection, and proactively alerts you via Push Notifications, offering the highest level of security. Security is continuously improved during App updates, ensuring you are always using the highest protection. Steps on how to download and register the VIP Access App for Mobile are provided in the VIP Access Guide. - VIP Access for Windows or Mac Computers: VIP Access is an alternative option for Windows or Mac computers to the People s Choice Mobile Banking App. Provided by Symantec, VIP Access can be downloaded to Windows or Mac computers. It s important to note that VIP Access for Windows or Mac Computers offer the convenience of realtime at login fraud detection, however does not proactively alert you, as the VIP Access for Windows or Mac Computers is unable to issue Push Notification alerts. When transacting on our Internet Banking website, you may be prompted to; o Generate a 6 digit Secure Code from within your VIP Access (using your Windows or Mac computer desktop app) to enter into Internet Banking to complete your transaction. We recommend this option for members who; o do not use an Android or ios (Apple) smart device o do not use the People s Choice Mobile Banking App o are travelling throughout Australia or overseas with their personal computer. Steps on how to download and register VIP Access for Windows or Mac computers are provided in the VIP Access Guide. - Branch Access Token: All Branches have an Access Token, in the form of a Secure Code card. It s important to note that Branch Access Tokens offer the convenience of real-time at login fraud detection, however do not proactively alert you, as tokens are unable to issue Push Notification alerts. The Secure Code cards are secured to each Internet Banking booth at every branch and, are available for you to use within Internet Banking. The card will generate a 6 digit Secure Code when requested. When transacting on our Internet Banking website, you may be prompted to; o Generate a 6 digit Secure Code from the Branch Access Token (by pressing the PRESS HERE button on the Secure Code card available in the Internet Banking booth) to enter into Internet Banking to complete your transaction. We recommend this option for members who; o do not use an Android or ios (Apple) smart device o do not use the People s Choice Mobile Banking App o do not have a Windows or MAC personal computer o perform internet banking using a branch Internet Banking booth - Personal Access Token: The Personal Access Token is a small hand-held device that you will have ownership of that generates a 6 digit Secure Code when requested. The token is to be kept in a secure location. It s important to note that Personal Access Tokens offer the convenience of realtime at login fraud detection, however tokens do not proactively alert you, as they are unable to issue Push Notification alerts. We recommend this option for members who; o are unable to use the People's Choice Mobile Banking App or VIP Access App (i.e. you do not have a personal smartphone, windows phone or personal computer access). o are travelling throughout Australia or overseas Please refer to the Internet Banking User Guide to identify steps to register an Access Token. You will only need to authenticate yourself with People s Choice Secure Code once per session.

Page 6 People s Choice Secure Code is integrated in the People s Choice Mobile Banking App. When using Internet Banking you may be prompted for a Secure Code when you: Update your contact information Pay someone for the first time Changing your Card PIN Add a BPAY biller Create a Scheduled Payment At login when travelling throughout Australia or overseas Wifi and data access: When you have Wifi and data access, a Secure Code Push Notification will be generated via the App to your registered mobile device to approve or deny the function request you are trying to perform. Note: Make sure you have Push Notifications enabled and access to Wifi or data. If you do not receive a Push Notification in 10-15 seconds, this could be due to poor access to Wifi or data and you can obtain a 6 digit Secure Code from within the App (refer page 7).

Page 7 3. Push Notifications & obtaining a Secure Code. Push Notifications - To access a Push Notification on a locked screen you can: Tap or swipe right the notification message on the home screen Enter your phone PIN or fingerprint ID and the Mobile Banking App will open with the Push Notification displayed for actioning However, if you do not complete the above steps, but unlock your home screen you can access Notifications by swiping down from the top of the screen. This will display all Notifications received. Tap on the People's Choice Notification and the People's Choice Mobile Banking App will display with the Push Notification ready to action.

Page 8 If you unlock the home screen, Push Notifications for the VIP Access App can also be located when opening the VIP Access App. Obtaining a 6 digit Secure Code - In the event you do not receive a Push Notification within 10-15 seconds you can obtain a 6 digit Secure Code from the Mobile Banking App.

Page 9 4. The home screen. After tapping on the People's Choice Mobile Banking icon, the home screen is the first screen that displays after opening the App. By default, the screen allows easy access to your accounts; BPAY and Pay Anyone by simply tapping the required function and entering your four digit security PIN (refer to Section 5 - Registering a four digit security PIN) or using Touch ID authentication (refer to Section 5 - Enabling/disabling Touch ID). The home screen provides the ability to access our website, locate our branches and ATMs and to Contact Us by tapping the appropriate icon on the screen. To access additional functionality tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner or slide the home screen to the right and select the required function from the available list. You can also customise the home screen by holding down on one of the boxes and selecting the feature you d like to display, e.g. to show a different transfer option instead of BPAY, hold down on the BPAY box and select your preferred option from the available list.

Page 10 5. Registering a four digit security App PIN. When you first log in using your People s Choice App, you will be prompted to register for People's Choice Secure Code by completing full registration details, including selecting a four digit security PIN. You will be required to enter your: - Member number - Internet Banking password - Device name (This is name of your choice. You re able to personalise the name of your device e.g. My iphone 6, John s Samsung Phone, Sue s ipad) - New four digit App security PIN - Touch ID (via supported devices) 5.1 How to register your first device If the Mobile Banking App is the first device you are registering for People's Choice Secure Code, you will be prompted to complete second tier authentication challenge. If you have a registered mobile number with People's Choice, you will receive a 6 digit Secure Code via SMS. If you do not have a registered mobile number, you can obtain a 6 digit Secure Code by contacting 13 11 82. To complete the registration you will be required to enter the 6 digit Secure Code.

Page 11 If the details are valid you will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions to complete the registration process. 5.2 How to register an extra device When registering a new second device for the People s Choice Mobile Banking App you will be presented the option send a push notification to the first device, use the first device Secure Code or send a SMS to your registered mobile number. If using the Secure Code or SMS option simply enter the details into the boxes and click Register. Note: new functionality is only available on the latest App version

Page 12 Once the Second Tier Authenticate challenge has been completed you may be presented with a maintenance screen that will display the option to keep both devices as registered devices or replace the first device with the second device. By selecting Replace existing device this will then mean that device one will no longer be attached to you membership. To receive security and self-service functionality improvements, it s important you update your People's Choice Mobile Banking App regularly via the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple Store (for ios). If you have forgotten your Internet Banking password, go to the People s Choice Internet Banking Password Reset website page. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your Internet Banking password. Once you have successfully reset your Internet Banking password you can continue to register your four digit security PIN.

Page 13 Subsequent logins using your registered device will only require entering the four digit security PIN, or if you are using an iphone and have opted to use Touch ID use your fingerprint to authenticate. If you would like to register a different membership you can do this by tapping the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and selecting Settings and Terms then Forgot App PIN or by selecting Forget PIN on the login page. Only one membership can be registered to your People s Choice App. 6. Enabling/disabling Biometric Verification If your device has Biometric Verification capabilities you may be able to enable or disable this function within the App. This would include but it not limited to fingerprint and facial recognition. Please note that at this time the facial recognition feature is only available for the iphone X. Note: new functionality is only available on the latest App version To enable or disable authentication tap the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select Settings and Terms then enable Touch ID, Fingerprint Login or Face ID depending on your device.

Page 14 For security reasons if you are not logged into the App you will need to authenticate before you can enable or disable the feature. The information screen is displayed with the toggle button, to enable, slide the toggle button to the right (green) and to disable slide the toggle button to the left (grey) After you have enabled or disabled the feature and you are logged in to the App, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left of the screen and select an option from the main menu to continue. Alternatively, if you are not logged into the App and want to enable or disable you will be prompted to Enter PIN.

Note: If the feature is enabled you can still opt to log in using the four digit security PIN by selecting Cancel when prompted to authenticate. 7. Locating your nearest Branch or ATM and Contact Us. To locate your nearest ATM, select the To locate the nearest branch, select the button with the ATM icon on the home screen. button with the branch on the home screen. You can also use the Locate Us function by tapping on the hamburger menu icon corner of any screen and selecting Locate Us. on the top left To Contact Us, tap on the envelope or phone handset icon from the home screen, or select Call Us or Contact Us from the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the home screen. To view the details of a branch, select the green branch icon on the map. To obtain the branch opening hours select. Similarly, to view the details of an ATM, select the red ATM icon on the map. To search for a branch or ATM location, select to search. the magnify glass and enter the location you would like 8. Checking account balances and details. Page 15

Page 16 To view all your accounts and balances, select Accounts Alternatively, tap the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the home screen, select Accounts then tap on the displayed account for all your accounts and balances to be displayed. To select a different account, tap on the down arrow to the right side of the account balance. This will display all accounts and balances. Tap on the account you want to view transactions for. Additional account information can be viewed from the Accounts Bar, tap on the information icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Page 17 To nominate your favourite account to display on the App home page, within the Accounts page you can tap on the star located at the right side of the account balance. This will highlight the star of the favourite account nominated. 9. Viewing your transaction history.

Page 18 To view transactions for an account, select the account for which you want to view transactions. Once the required account is displayed you can slide up and down to scroll through the transactions. Tap on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the Accounts screen to view Debits or Credits only and/or transactions containing a specific word. To select a different account, tap on the down arrow to the right side of the account balance. This will display all accounts and balances. Tap on the account you want to view transactions for. 10. Viewing uncleared transactions. To view uncleared transactions for an account, select the account for which you want to view transactions. Once the required account is displayed you can slide up and down to scroll through the transactions. A summary count of Uncleared Funds is displayed at the commencement of today s transaction listing and will not appear when there are no uncleared transactions. The Uncleared Funds count will include the following types of uncleared transactions: Visa purchases Manual holds Pay Easy payments Cheque deposits Individual uncleared transactions are identified within the transaction listing as Pending

Page 19 Please note: Uncleared cheque deposits are not listed within the transaction listing as Pending. These transactions are included in the Uncleared Funds count summary and are displayed as CASH &CHQ DEPOSIT within the transaction listing. Multiple cheque deposits made in the same day will display individually within the transaction listing, however will contribute to only 1 uncleared transaction within the uncleared funds count. Once an uncleared transaction has cleared, the Uncleared Funds count will reduce in number and the pending icon will be replaced with the relevant transaction icon. For example: An uncleared Visa transaction icon will display as A cleared Visa transaction icon will display as

Page 20 11. Scheduling & Maintaining a Scheduled Transfer & BPAY. Scheduled Payments can be created for: - Transfers (within a membership) - Pay Member - Pay Anyone - BPAY Select the type of Scheduled Payment you would like to create. Transfer, Pay Member, Pay Anyone or BPAY. If you wish to schedule a payment for a date in the future or create a regular payment, select Later or Recurring tab at the bottom on the screen. Select the date for your first payment, the frequency of the payment and the number of payments you wish to make or click Ends: Never for ongoing payments. Select Continue to proceed, the payment details will be displayed. Verify the payment details and select the Confirm & Schedule if correct or the back arrow at the top left hand of the screen to modify the payment details.

Page 21 To print or send a receipt of your payment once completed tap the download button the receipt screen and select your sending option. at the bottom of To view and manage your scheduled BPAYS & Transfers select the Scheduled icon from Accounts screen or select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner, then select Scheduled. Scheduled BPAYS & Transfers can be deleted by swiping the transfer bar to the left and clicking on the Delete option.

Page 22 Scheduled BPAYS & Transfers can also be edited by tapping on the desired BPAY or Transfer. Simply update the new payment details and click Confirm & Schedule.

Page 23 12. Transfer money between your People s Choice accounts. To transfer money between your People s Choice accounts, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner, then select the Transfer option from the Account s Bar. option from menu or select Pay To change the accounts you wish to transfer from and to, tap anywhere on the displayed account to select a different account to transfer To and From. Enter a description and the amount you wish to transfer and once ready to transfer, tap the green Continue button and follow the prompts to confirm payment.

Please ensure that the minimum redraw product amount is entered before continuing. If your loan account does not appear on the list of From Accounts you may not have the redraw facility registered. To register please call 13 11 82 (within Australia), +618 8305 8305(overseas) or visit a branch. Note: new functionality is only available on the latest App version

Page 25 13. Transfer money to another People s Choice membership. To transfer money to another People s Choice membership, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select Pay Member option from the menu or select Pay option from the Account s Bar.

Page 26 Tap anywhere on the displayed account to select a different account to transfer from. Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the transfer details then tap the green Continue button at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts to confirm payment. If you have transferred to this membership before and saved the details in your favourites, tap on the saved favourites icon favourites list. to the right of the Surname and select the transfer details from your If you would like to save a new payee, select the Save Payee check box. To transfer money to other Financial Institutions, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select Pay Anyone. Alternatively, select the Pay Anyone icon from the home screen or select Pay option from the Account s Bar. Tap anywhere on the account displayed to select a different account to transfer from. Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the BSB number, account number, Payee name and optional email. Once ready to transfer tap the green Continue button and follow the prompts to confirm payment. Page 28 15. Pay a bill using BPAY To pay a bill using BPAY, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select the BPAY option from the menu. Alternatively, select the BPAY icon on the home screen or select Pay option from the Account s Bar. Tap anywhere on the account displayed to select a different account to transfer from. Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the biller code and reference number. Once ready to make the payment, tap the green Continue button and follow the prompts to confirm. Page 29 16. Pay Easy Payments. Our Pay Easy Payment feature allows you to make a payment to a person using that person s email address or mobile phone number. Pay Easy Payments can only be made: by using our Mobile Banking application: and to a person with an account with an Australian Financial Institution. To make a Pay Easy Payment using your People s Choice App, select the hamburger menu in the top left corner and then select Pay Easy from the left-hand menu or select Pay Account s Bar. option from the Once selected, the Pay Easy Payment options will appear. To change the account, tap the account displayed and select the required account from the list of accounts. Enter either the Email or Mobile details (of the person who will receive the payment) to start the payment process. You can select the Email or Mobile details from your phone contacts by tapping on the saved contacts icon. When all the details have been entered, select the Continue button. Please check all details are correct on the confirmation screen before you tap the green Confirm & Pay button to make the payment. If you do need to make any changes tap anywhere outside the Confirm & Pay button and re-enter the details.

Page 32 17. Viewing your uncollected Pay Easy Payments. Tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner. If you have any uncollected Pay Easy Payments, the number will be displayed against the Pay Easy menu item. Tap on the number to display a summary of each uncollected Pay Easy Payment.

Page 33 18. Cancelling Pay Easy Payments. Once the summary is displayed, select the transaction you would like to delete by swiping left. Tap cancel and the payment will be cancelled. Once the payment has been cancelled, the uncollected Pay Easy Payment summary screen will be updated.

Page 34 19. Forgot PIN or change PIN for the App. If you have forgotten your four digit security PIN or locked your device, tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner.

Page 35 Select Forgot PIN from the menu and follow the prompts to re-register a new four digit security PIN or select Change PIN to change your PIN.

Page 36 20. Card Management. Activate a Card This section will allow you to view all of your current cards, including active and inactive cards. To activate a card or change the card PIN number, tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select Settings & Terms then select Card Management. To activate select the inactive card, enter the expiry month and year as MM/YY and tap Activate Tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to return to the menu list.

Page 37 Change Card PIN To change the PIN number on a card simply click on the active card and select Change Card PIN option, enter the new PIN, confirm the PIN number and tap Change. Tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to return to the menu list.

Page 38 21. Tap & Pay Please note: The following functionality is only available on Android NFC devices using KitKat version 4.0 software or above. The device must also have Telephone enabled and have a passcode set-up to unlock the device. The following screenshots have been obtained from the Samsung S7 Edge. To register your card tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select Tap & Pay then select Get Started. You will need to enter all of our card information along with your phone number. Instead of entering the full card number a photo can be taken of the card by tapping on the camera icon. Once successfully registered your card will be displayed under the Tap & Pay menu option, and this will display your available account balance.

Page 39 The locked screen of your device will show that Tap & Pay is now enabled and will provide your available balance. When completing a purchase enter the device passcode and hold your device near the contactless terminal to process the payment. This functionality can disabled at any time by logging into the Mobile Banking App, tapping on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen, selecting Tap & Pay and tapping on the PayWave symbol. Confirmation Tap & Pay is disabled will be displayed. This will also display on the devices locked screen.

Page 40 To change any notifications or remove a card simply log into the Mobile Banking App, tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen, select Tap & Pay and tap on the settings symbol. 22. Logging out of the People s Choice App. To logout of the People s Choice App, simply press the Logout icon in the top right corner from anywhere within the App. To access account information from the home screen again, you will be prompted to authenticate.
