Prgram Benefits Distributrs will receive a rebate at the end f each Cisc fiscal quarter based n the ttal Cisc Channel Standard Pints (CSP) achieved. This rebate will represent additinal grss margin fr the eligible Cisc strage equipment purchases made during that perid. Examples f events include activities such as partner trainings, web-casts, telemarketing campaigns, sales cntests and direct mailings. CSP pints value: Distributrs will earn US $1.00 fr each validated CSP pint. T receive the incentive, the distributr must submit qualified DCAIP claims by established deadlines (see Table 1A abve). 25% Incremental Partner Blade Bnus applies t Blade claims fr an entire perid. Claims must meet a minimum 1:4 rati f Fibre t Ethernet switches; Cisc will add a 25% incremental bnus t the Partner r Distributin ttal quarter rewards as utlined abve. Terms and Cnditins The DCAIP prgram is based n Cisc s fiscal year and crrespnding quarters. N ther equipment SKUs r prduct families are eligible fr the rebate ther than the equipment identified fr this prgram in table 3A. Distributrs are respnsible fr keeping and prviding their wn sales infrmatin. Cisc reserves the right t audit all Distributr submissins fr rebate r request supprting dcumentatin. Distributrs are respnsible fr submitting an nline Claim Frm prir t r n the submissin deadline dates fr each quarter. Claim frms can be submitted at anytime during the quarter but must be submitted prir t the submissin deadline. Sales that are eligible fr the rebate under DCAIP are nt eligible fr any ther Cisc rebate prgram unless therwise stated by Cisc.
