PHONE GET TO KNOW FEATURES THAT ANSWER THE CALL MANAGING VOICEMAIL WITH VOICEZONE Just sign in to My Account and you can manage Voicemail and more, online and on your time. Activate Voicemail. Use VoiceZone to activate your Voicemail and access instructions. Voicemail to Email. Get all your voice messages sent right to your email inbox. Visual Voicemail. Quickly scan messages online and skip to the most important ones. Selective Call Handling. Block or forward calls based on a list of numbers you assign. Distinctive Ring. Set different ring patterns for a list of up to 30 numbers. DID YOU KNOW? You can have your Voicemails sent to your cell phone via text messages. 26

VOICEZONE & VOICEMAIL PHONE ACTIVATING VOICEMAIL Use VoiceZone TM to activate your Voicemail and access instructions. TO ACCESS VOICEZONE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT 1. Go to twc.com/account. 2. Learn how to register for My Account on Page 1 in the Welcome Kit. Note: A one-time registration is required to give you access to VoiceZone. Make sure you have the Zip Code, phone number, and Customer Code from your Oceanic Time Warner Cable account handy. The Customer Code can be found on your current billing statement. 3. Click the My Phone tab and Manage My Settings (if applicable). 4. Click the Voicemail tab. 5. Click the Activate Voicemail Now button. 6. A window will appear explaining that Voicemail service is now active and providing a button to access Voicemail Instructions. If you do not have Internet access, dial 611 for Customer Care. 27

PHONE VOICEZONE & VOICEMAIL LEARNING VOICEMAIL BASICS TO SET UP YOUR VOICEMAIL 1. Dial *98 from your TWC phone. 2. Enter your temporary personal identification number (PIN) which is the last four digits of your TWC phone number. 3. Select a new four-digit PIN and press the (#) key. 4. Record your name, followed by the (#) key. 5. Record your greeting, followed by the (#) key. TO LISTEN TO VOICEMAIL FROM YOUR TWC PHONE 1. If you hear a stutter dial tone when you pick up your phone, you have a message(s). 2. Dial *98 from your TWC phone. 3. Press 1 to listen to your messages. 4. If you would like to place PIN security on Voicemail access from your TWC phone, simply access the Voicemail system and dial 4-3-2-2 following the prompts. TO LISTEN TO VOICEMAIL FROM ANY OTHER PHONE 1. Dial your 10-digit TWC phone number and wait for your greeting. 2. Press the (*) key. 3. Enter your PIN, followed by the (#) key. 4. VOICEZONE & VOICEMAIL PHONE TO ACCESS VOICEZONE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT 1. Go to twc.com/account. 2. Learn how to register for My Account on Page 1. Both are on your current billing statement. 3. Click MY PHONE. 4. Click GO TO VOICEZONE. TO SET UP VOICEMAIL TO EMAIL 1. Sign in to VoiceZone. 2. Click on the SETTINGS tab. 3. Click on the Voicemail Settings edit link. 4. Voicemail to Email is at the bottom of the page. 5. Be sure to click SAVE after you have entered your email address. TO SAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER 1. Go to the VOICEMAIL tab. 2. Pick the message you want to save. 3. Click the Download link. TO SHARE THE MESSAGE VIA EMAIL 1. Go to the VOICEMAIL tab. 2. Pick the message you want to share. 3. Click the EMAIL icon. 4. Enter the address you wish to send the message to and click SUBMIT. DID YOU KNOW? PHONE PHONE 2 GO SETTING UP PHONE 2 GO The new Phone 2 Go app lets your mobile phone access your Phone so you can stay close to home, even when you re not. 1. Enter your TWC ID username and password using the on-screen keyboard. If you check the Remember Me box, the app will launch without re-entering your TWC ID. 2. Tap Sign In. 3. If you have more than one line of service associated with your TWC Phone account, choose the one you want associated to this device and tap OK. If you only have one line, this screen will be skipped. 4. Review and select your preferences for Call Options, Message Options and Contact Management. Preferences can be changed from Settings after the initial set up is complete. Call Options To make and receive calls using the TWC telephone number, you must select both options. Message Options To send and receive text messages using the TWC telephone number, you must select both options. Contact Management To be able to Add, Edit and Delete contact information while using the app, you must select all three options. 5. Tap I agree. 6. Acknowledge the 911 message by checking the box next to I understand and acknowledge I will not be able to place calls or send text messages to 911 emergency services using this application. 7. Tap Accept. 8. Enter a nickname for your device. The device nickname should be lowercase letters and numbers 0-9. Spaces, special characters and uppercase letters are not allowed. 9. Tap Next. 10. If you attempt to add more than 5 devices, a Maximum Devices in Use message will appear. If this occurs, select the device to deactivate. Tap Deactivate to open up a space for the new device. The Phone 2 Go app opens in the Contacts view. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the set up of the Phone 2 Go app. Enjoy! DID YOU KNOW? MORE CALLING FEATURES PHONE DIALING IN TO MORE CALLING FEATURES Get the most out of your TWC Phone service with all these convenient features. FEATURE TO ACTIVATE TO DEACTIVATE Caller ID Blocking *67 Automatically deactivated after call Call Forwarding *72 *73 Anonymous Call Rejection *77 *87 These features must first be enabled using VoiceZone or by calling Customer Service. Caller ID Blocking. Keep your name and number marked as private or anonymous. Call Forwarding. Forward your incoming calls to another local or domestic long-distance number. Anonymous Call Rejection. Allows you to block unwanted calls from people who do not send their Caller ID information. CALLER ID BLOCKING Allows you to temporarily change the public/private status of your phone number. Dial *67 before dialing a phone number to block the availability of your Caller ID information for that call. If you have turned on Caller ID Blocking for all calls (through the VoiceZone Settings tab), you can change your status back to public for one call by dialing *82 before dialing the phone number. Now the person you are calling will be able to see your Caller ID info. 3-WAY CALLING 1. While on a call, quickly press the Flash button or switch hook. This places the first person on hold. 2. Upon hearing the recall dial tone, dial the number of the second person. 3. Press the Flash button or switch hook again once the second person answers, and all people will be joined on the call.
