1 About this Document 1.1 Purpose This guide shows you how to demo the mobile app Business in Focus for Business ByDesign. 1.2 Demo Business Context As CEO of a company you need always and everywhere the current information about the company. Even on Business Trips or while travelling you like to see the latest information, the current KPIs and Reports and also communicate with colleagues. This is possible with the SAP Business in Focus App for SAP Business ByDesign. This scenario shows you how to setup the mobile app and how to work with it. 1.3 Prerequisites We assume that the latest version of the mobile app Business in Focus is installed on your ipad! If not make sure that you download the latest version from the Apple AppStore. 2 Master and Transactional Data No specific Master Data are needed. October 23, 2017 3
3 Demo Steps 3.1 3.1.1 Login Your ipad screen Click the app to open Business in Focus. Log-On Screen SAP Business in Focus Click on the gear-wheel to enter tenant information. System URL Enter the URL from your SAP Business ByDesign Demo system. October 23, 2017 4
Click Done. Login CEO01 Welcome1 Login with the known Business ByDesign User CEO01. Click Login. October 23, 2017 5
This screen is only shown at the time of the first Log-In and gives you some basic information about the app and how to work with it. 3.1.2 News To add a new tile click on the + tile. Click on News. October 23, 2017 6
Select the existing News tile. With + you can create additional ones. The News tile is now shown on the screen. By keeping the finger on the tile it changes to edit mode in a few seconds! Now you can delete the tile or move it to another place on the screen. 3.1.3 Closing To add an additional tile click again on the + tile. Click on Closing to open the closing Gallery. Choose the Closing Period you like to monitor. The Closing tile is shown on the screen. 3.1.4 KPIs To add an additional tile click again on the + tile. Click on KPI to open the closing Gallery. October 23, 2017 8
Choose the KPI you like to monitor on your Home Screen e.g. Gross Profit Margin. Click on the Gross Profit Margin tile to get more details. October 23, 2017 9
Click Back. 3.1.5 Reports To add an additional tile click again on the + tile. Click on Report to open the Report Gallery. October 23, 2017 10
Click on the + to add an additional Report. Report Open the drop down list. October 23, 2017 11

Complete the additional fields and click Done. Now you can see the report in the Gallery. By clicking on the report in the Gallery it will be selected and will be shown on the home screen. October 23, 2017 13
Click on the Report tile to get more details. You can switch to table view by clicking on the small table icon (down right corner). October 23, 2017 14
