PLS-100 Electro-hydraulic Servo Dynamic and Static Universal Testing Machine Applications: PLS-100 electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine is produced according to the dynamic servo test technology, and utilizes the design methods of unitization, standardization, which enhance the stability and reliability of the system. The machine is mainly used for the dynamic and static mechanics performance tests to material and parts, equipped with corresponding accessories, it can do tensile, compression, low cycle and high cycle, crack growth tests and other mechanics tests for various kinds of materials, and it widely used in the fields of aviation and aerospace, ship-making and military industries. Load frame The load frame includes crosshead, columns, load cell and other hydraulic units. The stiffness is 460kN/mm. It is free standarding,rigid, heavy duty type, precision aligned. 2. The crosshead is by hydraulically operated and be fitted with hydraulic ifts to adjust the upper cross head at variable heights. The hydraulic clamps for position-locking of the crosshead with panels.

3. Linear servo actuator 1) Module unit design. Its feature is low friction, high response, small exposure inside, and strong anti-lateral load capacity. 2) It is equipped with universal joint and suitable for several kinds of installation methods (front & back flange, back hinge, foundation installation). 3) Double direction piston. Sealing method: guide ring + servo sealing ring. 4) LVDT(MTS) displacement sensor is installed inside actuator and electro-hydraulic servo valve is installed outside actuator. Similar watch-dog functions: In case PC gives no answer within 2 seconds, EDC will switch off. Switching off means, we go to position control and keep current position. Then switch off the pump, closed loop controller is still active for maximum 10 seconds (this is adjustable). 7. Software system. 7.1 Static tensile test. ISO6892 tensile test for metal at room temperature and real graph stress Vs. strain etc. 7.2 Frack toughness test.(astm E-647-2008) The Test&Motion DynPack module is the software for dynamic tests. DynPack offers the collection, processing and display of measurement data from up to ten channels at the same time. Whereas up to five channels are processed with a data acquisition rate of 5kHz. DynPack displays the following information in parallel windows on the screen: measured values in a digital manner, on-line graph with reduction of data, the covering curve and the oscilloscope window. It is possible to assign simple limits as well as inner and outer limits to the amplitude for each working block. The assignment can be done in a relative and in an absolute manner. DynPack communicates with several EDCs simultaneously. Hence, a two- or three-axis-system can be controlled easily. A function generator with Sine,Square, ramp, triangle and sinusoidal functions is included. Furthermore, it is possible to sweep between frequencies and amplitudes and to superimpose different curve forms.
