Data Sheet Cisco WebEx Audio Offering Product Overview Cisco Unified Communications solutions enable collaboration so that organizations can quickly adapt to market changes while increasing productivity, improving competitive advantage through speed and innovation, and delivering an interactive multimedia experience. With Cisco, they can do so across any workspace more securely, and with optimal quality and capacity to meet almost any need. The audio option available with Cisco WebEx products promotes efficient discussions among participants by providing an integrated experience. The cloud-based option provides a broad coverage footprint with toll, toll-free, and call-me capabilities. Cisco WebEx web conferencing with the audio option can operate on a wide variety of devices, including cell phones, IP phones, and softphones, connecting locally, globally, and as voice over IP (VoIP) all in the same session. Cost-Effective Conferencing Solution with Audio Cisco WebEx technology offers a flexible, high-performance platform of products for organizations of any size that want to deploy online meetings with audio conferencing. The audio option is designed to attach to a Cisco WebEx meeting product purchased from Cisco, such as Cisco WebEx meeting applications; it is not a standalone product. Cisco WebEx Audio works seamlessly with Cisco WebEx Video to provide a cost-effective video conference solution to anyone with a video endpoint. The audio solution enables camera switching when used with webcams. As each participant speaks, the featured webcam switches to show the speaker. The solution helps organizations promote effective communication and collaboration by allowing people to meet at anytime from anywhere without the expense and inefficiencies of travel. Educational institutions and organizations can conduct efficient training and educational programs that extend beyond the campus environment. Doctors can consult specialists from any part of the world to provide the best care for their patients. Organizations can build trust and stronger relationships with remote staff and customers through more frequent communications while lowering expenses and enabling carbon-reduction initiatives through travel reduction. Table 1 outlines the features and benefits of Cisco WebEx Audio. Table 1. Customers based in these locations can purchase integrated audio from an authorized TSP (teleconferencing service provider) partner or (Cloud Connected Audio Service Provider (CCA-SP) partner. Integrated VoIP: Customers with billing addresses in the following countries will not be provisioned with Cisco WebEx VoIP capabilities: India, Algeria, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Yemen. We advise that VoIP should not be used by users from within these countries. However, Cisco WebEx is not aware of the location of each user, and hence Cisco WebEx does not (cannot) specifically prevent VoIP from working based on location. Country coverage: Due to rapidly changing and unpredictable global telecommunications laws and regulations, availability of certain Cisco WebEx Audio services and related offerings may become restricted. While Cisco WebEx routinely monitors applicable telecommunications law and regulations in an attempt to readily adapt to changing legal environments, Cisco WebEx reserves the right to modify its Country Coverage Listing for all affected Cisco WebEx Audio offerings, without notice, as necessary to meet all country legal requirements. Currently, the Cisco WebEx Audio services for committed and uncommitted billing, fixed-monthly-rate audio, and shared meeting audio subscriptions that may be affected under these circumstances are: Bridge country/domestic toll call-in Bridge country/domestic toll-free call-in Bridge country/domestic callback/call-me Global toll-free call-in Global toll call-in Global callback/call-me Toll user, toll plus user, and toll plus international user fixed-monthly-rate offers Toll user and toll plus user shared audio offers Integrated VoIP Bridge country is defined based on the customer s provisioned Cisco WebEx site locale, which is normally based on the customer s billing address and time zone. There are four (4) Cisco WebEx Audio bridge countries: United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and India. Cisco WebEx Audio services are provided and billed at the bridge country rates for each of these countries as follows: United States: For customers that are provisioned in the United States, bridge country services and rates apply to U.S. toll and toll-free dial-in, and to the United States and Canada for callback. 2017 Cisco and/or its affiliates. Pricing Inquires Please contact your Cisco reseller or Cisco account team representative for pricing. Cisco WebEx Direct and GRA Partner Audio Available directly from Cisco WebEx or through Cisco WebEx global resellers (GRA). Cisco WebEx Audio in Cisco SaaS Subscription, Cisco Spark Offers (A-SPK SKUs) Available from authorized Cisco partners. Cisco WebEx Audio in Cisco SaaS Subscriptions, Cisco Spark with Cisco WebEx Offers (A-WX SKUs) Available from authorized Cisco partners. Cisco WebEx GPL Audio in GPL Offers (L-WBX SKUs) Available from authorized Cisco partners. Packaged as monthly minutes, Cisco WebEx Audio is sold as equivalent minutes to allow for conversion to global rates, for toll, toll-free, and call-me services. How Much Cisco WebEx GPL Audio Do I Need? Cisco WebEx GPL Audio users typically use about 500 minutes per month for each host license. If five people attended a meeting for 1 hour, the meeting would require 300 audio minutes (that is, 5 audio users multiplied by 60 minutes equals 300 minutes).the service is available in 5000-minute blocks or the equivalent usage of 10 average hosts. Cisco WebEx GPL Audio minutes are equivalent minutes, and the service supports several call types and many countries. Each combination of country and call type may use a different amount of equivalent minutes. If, in the previous example, one of the callers used a French toll-free number to join the meeting, because that global call costs more, more equivalent minutes would be consumed. 2017 Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. This document is Cisco Public Information. Page 9 of 19

A French toll-free minute is equivalent to 1.5972 U.S. toll-free minutes, so if the user were in the meeting for 60 minutes, that call would consume about 96 equivalent minutes. In estimating how much Cisco WebEx Audio you need, be sure to look at what you believe the calling patterns will be. Tables 7 through 9 list all of the ratios that are used to track usage. You will find ratios that are greater than 1 and many that are less than 1. In general, toll calls have ratios that are less than 1. Looking back at our French example, if the user used toll rather than toll-free, that 60 minutes of actual calling would have consumed about 23 equivalent minutes (the ratio for French toll is 0.3748 U.S. toll-free minutes). These ratios are constant for all customers. Table 7 lists equivalent minute ratios for toll-free calls; Table 8 lists equivalent minute ratios for toll calls; and Table 9 lists equivalent minute ratios for call-me calls. How to Purchase More Cisco WebEx GPL Audio If you use more than your committed minutes, your service will still continue. As part of the Cisco WebEx GPL Audio service, purchasers are required to complete an overage agreement. At the end of each month we will calculate the equivalent minutes used, subtract the committed equivalent minutes, and invoice for the difference. Overage minutes minutes in excess of the commitment are billed at $0.12 per minute. Cisco WebEx GPL Audio minutes are available in 5000-minute blocks. The meeting service includes a dashboard so that usage can be tracked. If the commitment is close to being exhausted, simply contact your sales representative and increase your commitment. New commitments apply to the current month. How Long Are Minutes Usable? Each 5000-minute block is available for one month. Minutes must be consumed each month, and they do not roll over to the next month; they are not trued up. What Term Should Be Selected? Cisco WebEx GPL Audio service must be associated with a new or existing Cisco WebEx data service purchased from the Cisco Global Price List (GPL). The audio service must co-terminate with the Cisco WebEx data service. If a 2-year contract for Cisco WebEx data service began 6 months ago and you wish to add Cisco WebEx GPL Audio service, you must select the 18-month SKU. There are four annual SKUs for use with new Cisco WebEx web conferencing services; they include 1, 2, 3, and 5 years. There are 60 monthly SKUs to provide co-termination of the audio service for up to 5 years (60 months). Please refer to Table 10 for a complete list of SKUs. Tables 7 through 9 list the ratios that will be applied for toll-free, toll, and call-me calling in the supported countries. Note: Not all countries listed in these tables may be available in all versions of the Cisco WebEx product. Refer to your product for the applicable country coverage listing. Table 7.
