3 General part Project costs Commissioning For the commissioning / initial configuration of the services, Swisscom or a Swisscom partner will contact the customer in order to discuss, offer and implement the procedure up to the successful go-live. For Business Essentials and Business Premium orders, the activation service will be offered for a fixed price (First reference workspace: CHF 220., the price for additional workspaces should be agreed on.) by a Swisscom partner and billed by Swisscom or a Swisscom partner. For all other offers, the services will be billed according to the offer / outlay by Swisscom or Swisscom partner. Bill Swisscom issues monthly bills for recurring services. Staggered discounts Staggered discounts are available for 20, 50, 100 etc. users. Support Telephone support is available in the event of faults.
