Uploading Additional Documents to your Application Adjustments are being made to the online portal to provide additional upload tasks. Until that feature is available, include the additional document(s) as a part of one of the standard uploads (e.g. If there are two contracts associated with your project, please upload both contracts under the same upload.) In addition, please send the Program a message using the Contact Us feature referencing the additional document. Correcting a Document Upload or Deleting an Already Submitted Document Currently you are not able to delete or correct a document once you ve submitted it. If you wish to replace a document, delete a document or upload a forgotten document, send the Program a message through the Contact Us feature within the application explaining what you d like to do. The Program will respond with directions on how to remedy the situation. Editing an Equipment Record If in the process of applying, you need to edit the equipment record, continue to complete and submit the application. Your application will move into the Pending Upload Status. In this Status you can scroll down to the Equipment section and edit the Equipment file. These changes will be registered and will be included as part of your application for review. Entering System Size The online application field for System size should match the input from the Technical Worksheet. The online input field must be listed in kws (NOT MWs) as indicated by the field. We are verifying and correcting records entered earlier this week using the Watt value from the technical worksheet and converting to kws. Going forward we ask you to enter kws. Entering a Percentage (%) Field When asked to input a percentage within the online application, enter the percentage as a decimal (e.g. 96.5% should be entered as.965) You will receive a prompt to correct if entered incorrectly.
