Getting Started Welcome to the T-Mobile M2M Platform aka the Hub! We are happy you have chosen our solution. We have several years of knowledge we can bring to help you manage your business in a global marketplace. Below you will find a reference guide containing in-depth information on how to use the tools provided in Hub. The directions in the guide are formatted in sequential order, but you can also search using [ctrl F] to find answers to key questions faster. Several short videos are also available at the following link to enable you to learn the functionality of the platform: http://m2m.t-mobile.com/training_videos/. To assist you even further, we invite you to contact us using the Customer Care Contact Information on the last page of this document. Now Let s Get STARTED! Once you have returned the signed contract that outlines the services of your choice; you are ready to dive into the Hub! An email will be generated to you with your specific login and password credentials. We highly recommend not copy/pasting your password as it could contain extra characters such as spaces. Welcome Email The URL to access the T-Mobile M2M Platform is provided in your welcome email or you can simply click here: https://www.t-mobilem2mhub.com. Next, enter in your user name which is most commonly your email address. And finally, enter the password provided within the welcome email. 1 P a g e

Placing an order for SIM or esim cards When you need to order SIM or esim cards that are cold (non-activated) or active, you can do that all in one central location! Select the [Account] tab; then scroll down to [Orders]. Note: Only standard M2M SIMs can be ordered via the Hub at this time. For non-standard SIM types (ruggedized, embedded, and Micro) please contact T-Mobile directly. Once on the orders screen; select the [place order] button in the upper right hand corner. Select from the following buttons: 5 P a g e
Or Buy SIM cards for purchasing SIM cards that are either Active or Cold [Non-activated] or Buy esim cards for purchasing esim cards that are Active or Cold [Non-Activated] You will also see the following buttons located below the [Buy SIM cards] button and the [Buy esim cards] Or [Activate existing SIM cards] or [Activate existing esim cards] are an alternative way to activate SIM cards or esim cards you already have in hand. We ll circle back to this in the section titled: Ways to activate SIM and esim cards. (See Below) Select the button titled [Buy SIM cards] and you will be routed to the following page. 6 P a g e
If you require active SIM cards; select the [Yes] button. Enter the number of SIMs that you require: Once on the Activation Settings screen; add the following information: Operator Cold Price Plan (A cold price plan is needed even when purchasing an active SIM or esim as the SIM will be provisioned to a cold price plan and then be provisioned into an active price plan.) Once the required fields have been filled in; select [next] to move forward, or, click Save these settings as a template to create a reusable template for future purchases. 8 P a g e
After verifying that your order looks accurate on the screen above, select [Add to cart]. In the Shopping Cart; fill in the following options prior to finalizing your order: o Shipping address o Choose from the existing list of addresses or click [Add new shipping address] to create a new one. o When do you need to have received your items? o Purchase order [optional] Now that you have filled out the necessary information; select [Place order] or [Add more items] if 9 P a g e
you have forgotten something. Once you ve placed your order; expect to receive your SIM or esim cards activated and ready to go! Alternatively if you need to purchase cold [Non-activated] SIMS for future activation needs; select the [No] button when prompted at the beginning of the Place Order wizard. This will route you to the following page where you will enter the amount of SIMs or esims cards you wish to purchase. Select the [next] button. The next screen asks for the Cold Plan stock where you wish to purchase the nonactivated SIMs or esims from. You will then be brought to a confirmation page in order to complete your SIM or esim request click the [Add to cart] button to move to the shipping page as described above when purchasing Active SIMs or esims. 10 P a g e
Activating a SIM or esim Card via Self-Serve Select the [Provisioning] tab, then [Manage Stock] Select the SIM cards you would like to activate by checking the box to the left of the company name. Once you have selected one or more SIMs, select the [Activate] button located just above the list of SIM cards. Note that if you wish to activate esim cards simply click the esim tab then follow the same steps described here. Also, when purchasing esims the vsim (or Virtual SIM) plan does not need to be included at this time. You will want to activate the esim with only the T-Mobile bootstrap or base plan. 11 P a g e
Now that you have selected the SIM cards you would like to activate, it s time to select the price plan, and add any custom notes under subject, field1 or field2. Field 1 and Field 2 can be used for reporting, so adding unique identifiers here is recommended! Override Services is optional and should only be used when you want to change the default plans you have already specified in your contract. Templates can also be generated on this screen if you know you will be re-using the provisioning options you ve already entered. A template can be generated by clicking on the link to the right of the [Next] button at the bottom of the screen. If there are existing templates, a dropdown list of templates will appear at the top of the page. The following screen allows you to review your activation settings prior to submitting. 12 P a g e
Now that you ve confirmed your activation, and selected [Add to cart], the following screen provides you with the option to reference any necessary purchase order numbers, or if you ve forgotten something, you can add more items to your order by selecting the [Add more items] button. Select [Place order] once you ve entered any necessary information required to track your activation request. Now you are done! Within a few minutes your activation should be complete. 13 P a g e
Quick Provisioning! From the [Quick Links] dropdown, select [Quick Provisioning] The following page is a very powerful one. It enables you to provision (activate), suspend, restore, terminate, and reactivate connections. Provision and Reactivate: o Select the [order] radio button under source section o Select [Upload a file] to attach a document, under source document, with any necessary details for this specific activation. EG: Purchase order, customer reference, etc. o Multiple contacts may be selected under [contacts] for notification purposes. o Select the appropriate price plan or price plans in the order section. o The segment section allows you to select the IP segment(s). o The Network ID field is the data entry box for the batch of SIMs you wish to provision. This can handle 1000 activations per batch. Simply scan or copy/paste SIM ids into this section for quick submission and activation. Alternatively you may also [Upload a file] containing the Network ID and Connection data by simply selecting the [Input By File] checkbox. o There are several optional fields that you may choose to utilize to help track the activations. o Ticket # o External Contacts 14 P a g e
o Client PO o User Name o Field1 o Field2 o City[T-Mobile US Only] Note that esims cannot be provisioned from the Quick Provisioning tools. Once you have finished entering the information pertinent to your order, select the [process] button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. You are done! Your activations should be done in just a couple minutes. Suspend, Restore, and Terminate: o o o o o Under Source choose how you will identify the SIM. o Network ID o Connection Enter the [Termination Reason] (Terminate Only) Select [Upload a file] to attach a document, under source document, with any necessary details for this specific activation. Multiple contacts may be selected under [contacts] for notification purposes. The Input field is the data entry box for the batch of SIMs you wish to suspend, restore or terminate. This can handle 1000 activations per batch. Simply scan or copy/paste SIM ids into this section for quick submission and activation. Alternatively you may also [Upload a file] containing the Network ID and Connection data by simply selecting the 15 P a g e
o [Input By File] checkbox. There are optional fields that you may choose to utilize to help track the suspensions. o Ticket # o External Contacts Suspend/Restore Terminate Last but not least is the Switch option. The switch allows you to manually switch an esim from one price plan, the Bootstrap for example, to another price plan like a Rogers price plan because the esim has moved into Canada. The Switch page allows you to enter an eid for the esim or you can [Upload a file] of multiple esim eids in order to bulk Switch. Once you have identified the eid you will then be able to view the details about the esim and the available plans that you are able to switch too. 16 P a g e
