Kony Fabric V8 Software Requirements Given that customers have diversified deployment requirements depending on existing infrastructure investments and corporate IT policies, Kony strives to support various configurations for Kony Fabric Deployment. Kony broadly categorizes its support to different configurations as Certified configurations and Supported Configurations. The Certified configurations, which are tested fully inhouse for exact versions of the software. The Supported Configurations, which Kony may not have tested for the exact version but is confident that would work without any Issues. In case of any issue on the supported platforms, Kony would provide support to resolve the issue within the appropriate Service-level Agreement (SLA). Kony Fabric V8 Software Requirements Kony Fabric The following combinations of Operating System version, Java Application Server version, Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version, and Database version have been certified by Kony by executing a full set of validation test cases. The following certified combinations represent the most common and recommended configurations for running Kony Fabric in a production environment. 1.2 Supported Configurations Server Environment Note: The Supported Configurations indicate that Kony may not have tested the specific version of a particular platform (JDK, an application server, a database, and an operating system), but still provides support to the platform. In case of any issue on the supported list of platforms, Kony provides support to resolve the issue within the appropriate Service-level Agreement (SLA). The installation of the Kony Fabric software supports the following versions of Operating Systems, Java Application Servers, Java Runtime Environment (JRE), and Databases in any combinations that is valid/supported by the individual components. These combinations are supported on a server environment for deployment in production environments. Since WebLogic 12.1.2 is end of life, Kony choose to support WebLogic 12.2.1.2+ only. 1.2.2.4 WebSphere WebSphere 8.5.5.9+ Note: WebSphere 8.5.5.12 is not supported due to a defect in WebSphere.
