Introduction Welcome to the Tidd Ross Todd On-line Ordering System. This site has been created with the intention to assist users with the following: placing orders viewing work in progress searching for stock products and previous versions of these products searching content of these stock products product usage information Logging In To Access the site please go to the following URL using your Web Browser https://portal.format.co.nz/login/trt To login, enter your Blue Star username and password. Once logged in, you have a number of menu options available as displayed below. Home Product Database Catalogue Templates

Home The Home Screen displays the Welcome Message, Contacts Information, Location, Notifications and Delivery Information as well as some quick links via the Favourites section.

Product Database The Product Database tab enables you to view Stock products. There are some quick click filters options available if you wish to search for an item and its status. There are also a number of different tabs available to view Product Information in different ways as indicated below

Works Catalogue - Online Ordering The Works Catalogue menu takes you to the online ordering module where you can order a range of products. You can select a category from the menu down the left to display products within this grouping. The products will be displayed within the middle frame as per the below image. You may also search for a product by typing a keyword or code into the Search field. To order an item, fill in the quantity box and then Add Item. You will now see that you have an item in My Order Items at the top right of the screen. If you click on the + the items will display. You can continue searching for items and adding them to the order. If you have finished adding items to your cart you can now Place Order.

Select a delivery address or if your order is to be delivered to a different address, select the One-off Delivery Address under the Delivery Info drop down option. On selecting this, you can then type your address details in to the form. Enter any additional information you may require to identify your order at a later date e.g. Reference. The Comments field allows you to provide special delivery instructions. Saving or completing your order If you wish to save your order for later, click Save Exit. If you have completed your order and wish to place it, click the complete button. This will place your order and take you to an Order Confirmation screen. In this instance you will be advised that your order has been successfully placed. Take a note of the online Order Number to assist with locating your order if you have any queries.

Order History Works Catalogue Find a Previous Order To search an order in particular Draft orders (order saved but not yet placed), click on the Order History Works Catalogue button along the top sub menu bar. You can filter your search in a number of ways: - Order Number - Customer Name - Reference - Created by (i.e. Username) - Order Status - Created From/To Date range Make sure you click on the Search button to run the query. You can use this section to: Retrieve saved orders for further editing and completion (status will show as Draft). Check the status of an order that you have placed (status will show as Pending or Confirmed). Review your order activity over a specific period. Once you have located the order that you are interested in looking at, click the View tab and the order detail will appear. From here you can complete any Draft orders, or view the details for placed orders.

Templates Click on the Templates tab this will then display 2 more tabs. Browse - Templates displays the templates available to order History - Templates displays previous orders. Under the Browse - Business Cards button click on the Order Now button to progress.

Fill in the details in the first column ie Job Name and Quantity. Now in the Personalisation section fill in all the relevant information ie. First name, Surname etc and select Branch from the dropdown. Once all fields have been filled in click on the update preview this will display an image of the business card for you to view. (this may take a few seconds). If you don t have information for all the fields please leave blank.

If you use the Split Window option at the top right of the window you can see the fields you have entered and result in the bottom of the window, here you can edit a field or can do this in the split window view and the update preview to display the updated Business Card to review. Also at the top right of the window is Review My Job, Help and a Close button. You can toggle between the Personalisation window and the preview window by clicking on the down arrow next to the PDF Proof.

If you are happy with the card then select Add to Cart, this will display items in your basket. You will also see your basket has the item you have just created.

If you hover your mouse over the $ value on the order line this will display specifications of your orderline. If you wish to create another card you can select Continue Shopping or Continue Order is you have finished your order. Click on Continue Order to progress and fill in the delivery and shipping options, save your address and then click on the Proceed to Purchase. On the shipping options window above you can also search for addresses under Add to My Address as well as once you have selected your address Save to My Address Book as highlighted above.

You may need to fill in a Reference field for your order, once this is done you can place your order.

The Order Confirmation window is now displayed which quotes the Order Number for your reference. Your order is now complete. You can now logout at the top right of the screen or Continue Shopping. Under the History - Business Cards button you can view previous placed orders. Clicking on the order number will display more information re this order.
