2. System Requirements The following equipment is required for proper system configuration and operation 2.1. Computer Hardware Computer running Microsoft Windows XP Professional (32/64 Bit), XP Home, or Vista (32/64 Bit), or Windows 7 (32/64 Bit) Dual Core Processor 2 GB Ram for Windows XP 3 GB Ram for Windows Vista or Windows 7 250 GB Hard Drive Audio Speakers Internet connectivity This Computer should be dedicate for use only 2.2. 2.3. Create Public Email Domain It will be necessary to create a domain name and public email address. Internal corporate email system may or may not be suitable for use with. Check with your IT personnel as to your specific requirements. Create a domain name (e.g. simpletextmessaging.com). Create a Email address (e.g. allradios@simpletextmessaging.com). Make sure you have entered information in the To Subject and Body of your Email Send the Email The Radio will receive the Email and Ring once To Read the received email Press OK To respond to the received Email Press OK, Reply Press OK, Select Quick Text Press OK, Select Reply from Quick Text List, Press OK.
