Pricing, Ordering, Shipping, Warranties and Notes Pricing Edge Salon Management Systems Inc (Esmsi) is a Canadian Company and as such processes all orders in Canadian currency (CDN). All prices are listed as the Manufacturers Suggested Retail price () and our prices in Canadian and US dollars. * The US Price is an approximation based on the currency exchange rate at the time of printing and is subject to change. Shipping US orders will be shipped anywhere in the continental US prepaid via Fedex Prepaid. Canadian orders will be shipped from our office in Calgary Alberta via the courier of your choice Collect. Warranty The warranty period for any hardware listed will also show the warranty period. These are the manufacturers warranties and not those of Esmsi. To obtain warranty service, you must contact Esmsi to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an item requires warranty work within the first 30 days a replacement will be sent immediately and you will be required to ship the defective item back to the manufacturers distributor (Not Esmsi). After the first 30 days all warranty work must be done by the manufacturer. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return a defective item to the closest manufacturers authorized service center for repair. Notes Most of the hardware contained in this catalog come in a variety of configuration options. You should consider what resources you have on your computer. Most POS ( point of sale) hardware is designed to connect to serial or PS2 ports. It is only in the past year that USB options for this hardware is becoming available. You can order scanners, cash drawers, receipt printers, card readers, pole displays, pin pads in serial configuration but most computers only have one serial port. Scanners or card readers can piggy back with your keyboard on a PS2 port. You should consider all of this when selecting these POS peripherals.

The Edge program will print to an impact printer but the output cannot be modified as far as fonts are concerned.
