Our objective is to contact these references for a short discussion (voice calls) lasting roughly 10 minutes. We will be addressing such issue as: - What UCaaS functions and applications are they using? - How long have they been UCaaS customers? - How many employees are using UCaaS? - What lessons were learned in deploying UCaaS? - What are they planning for additions in the future? - General satisfaction with the provider At least one of the references should be from an account with over 50 employees activated.
