Apollo MANUAL Thank you for selecting The Apollo Bluetooth portable handsfree car kit. It is a rechargeable speakerphone which is easy to operate and portable to use anywhere. It is specially designed for connecting Bluetooth compatible mobile phones without wires in your vehicle. Using the single-button control of the handsfree, you can make and answer calls without touching the phone. You can even leave the phone in your pocket or anywhere inside the car. With built-in DSP, echo and background noise are cancelled out providing clear sound and high quality conversation even in the noisiest environments. Mounting the Apollo on your vehicle s sunvisor Method 1 : Mounting with rotating clip Step I Plug rotating clip into speakerphone Bracket holder socket Step II 1. Slide the clip onto car sunvisor 2. Adjust the LCD display to be readable by driver. 3. Tighten the screw. Method 2 : Mounting without rotating clip Remove the Adjustable clip Push the clip into the plastic adaptor Slide the metal clip into this bracket socket Page 3

Pairing Procedure Step 1 : Power on the Apollo by pressing and holding for 5 seconds. Step 2 : Wait 10 seconds until 'Connecting' is no longer displayed on the screen Step 3 : Press and hold for 5 seconds to activate pairing mode Step 4 :Apollo now shows Ready to pair in LCD display Step 5 : Activate the phone SEARCH for bluetooth devices Step 6 : In SEARCH, you may find a list of bluetooth devices in your phone, Select APOLLO from the list Step 7 : Enter passcode 8888 to (Pair) and connect the speakerphone. Step 8 : Once you have entered the pass code, your phone is paired with the Apollo. Step 9 : If the Apollo s LCD displays the name of your phone (i.e. Nokia N73), it means that pairing has succeeded. You can now use the Apollo. How to disconnect Press for 2 seconds How to re-connect Press once. Answer incoming calls Press button Press phone Answer call button. Reject/Hang up a call Press button to reject or hang up. Or press phone hang up button to end the call. Volume up and down Press to increase volume Press to decrease volume Mute Mic during conversation Press and hold for 3 seconds The display shows Mute Press again for 3 seconds to un-mute How to redial Double click Call waiting If during conversation with 1st call, a new 2nd calls comes in double press to activate 2nd call. This will place the first call on hold. Call transfer Press and hold to transfer calls from the Apollo to your mobile Press once to transfer the calls from your mobile to the Apollo. Voice dialing Press once until you hear a tone prompting you to say the desired name voice tag. Say the voice tag. The phone plays the voice tag and dials the related phone number. Note: This function is only available for handsets that support voice dialing. Making a call from Received calls or missed calls Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter Memory mode. Press once to select recent calls. Press once to view next recent calls. Press to dial corresponding selected telephone no. How to power off Press for 5 seconds. Page 5
