With copiers being equipped with a Pi5501 controller the scan function does not work if the specified cassette runs out of paper. 8. Under Pi 5501 being connected to the copier the cover function does not work if the paper for the cover sheet is not loaded into the drawer. In this case the print job from the PC is canceled 9. Under Pi 5501 connected to the copier and after the FN-5 Elevator Tray detects overload the print job from the PC will be canceled. 10. Under Pi5501 connected to the copier and installed "PageScope Light" the following problem may occur: After the paper was removed from the filled Elevator Tray "PageScope Light" does not receive a feedback. Letter size scanned images with the set resolution as less then 599 DPI are corrupted when using Webscan to save to PDF format. 2. A4 size scanned images with all resolutions are corrupted when using Webscan to save to PDF format. 3. Letter size image scans as A3 size when using Webscan to do a copier initiated scan. 4. Fiery Freezes when initiating a scan with a document in the ADF while an different document is located on the platen glass. 5. Continuous Paper Jams in the ADF while initiating scanning will freeze the Fiery. 6. Simultaneous printing and scanning will freeze the Fiery with the copier in Copy Mode. 7. If copier is in Scan Mode, a incomplete scan will freeze FieryScan2. 8. Webscan will show as A3 with scans in the following sizes: 11x17, A3, A4, A4-R, and Letter-R. 9. FieryScan 2 scan cannot be resumed after paper jam in the ADF. 10. Job Lock feature may not work after installing patch "1-1T6RG". 11.
