DLC-200 BOX C-2BC-2BC-2BC-2BC-2B The is an intelligent stand alone telecontrol device with multiple interfaces. The architecture of the is designed in such a way that, thanks to its modularity and flexibility, it can be adapted to the conditions and sizes of the different stations. It is also open for later extensions of virtually any type. The device is capable of collecting data from many different sources in numerous ways and to control remote operations with its digital I/O s. Raw data can be processed by a powerful 32-Bit RISC Microcontroller before being send to any other system via the integrated communication interfaces. Application and System Telecontrol Application. The main task of an RTU is carried out in the telecontrol component. The DLC- 200 Box supports all the main functions that are needed for the process signals. Each process signal is operated by the according to the configured parameters and functions. Communication. The has a highly flexible capacity for adaption to telecontrol communication protocols. It is also able to communicate with different hierarchical levels of a network control system. System concept. The software and hardware concept is based on modularity. All field wiring is terminated into removable connectors so that if a device ever needs replacement the wiring is not disturbed.
