1. Value Added Services 1) Roaming Service (Roaming Data, Call & SMS when overseas) - There are 3 types you can select. : Auto Roaming Service, Pay-As-U-Roam Service or Disable Roaming Service - For Roaming Call and SMS, it will be charged as per use even for incoming calls. Please contact us for the rate in different countries. - If you turn on data roaming on the phone setting when overseas, it will incur high usage charge. - If high cost was incurred, user must pay full amount unless there was SingTel s system error. - For Multi SIM Service user, please turn off the second device s roaming network as well. - If you do not want to cause any roaming charges by accident, please inform us to block roaming service from SingTel system itself. 2) V019 - Make an international call with local call charge. - This service is only provided upon subscription of Auto Roaming Service or Pay-As-U-Roam Service. If you wish to block roaming services, you can t subscribe to this v019 service. - How to dial 019; * Dial All The numbers manually (e.g. 019 82 10 1234 5678) * Save the mobile number with 019 from the beginning and make an outgoing call from contact list, Not call history. - Countries for the service; Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Vietnam and UAE * Fixed Line Only: Australia, New Zealand and UK 3) Bridge Data Roaming Unlimited (BDR) - You can pay daily charge to enjoy Unlimited Data Roaming when overseas. - Eligible for Autoroam/Pay-As-U-Roam Subscribers only - To activate this service, please call or email us. - Please connect the assigned telecom signal only as written here. (e.g. Korea SK Telecom) - Service will be provided from 00:00am 11:59pm local time basis you are in. - For the cancellation of this service, please request it 2 days before the actual start date otherwise the service cannot be removed. - As long as you have a confirmation from New4U on this, roaming data usage with the assigned telecom signal will be covered as $0 thus please disregard alert SMS on data usage excess if received. 4) Easy Data Roam (EDR) - Eligible for Autoroam/Pay-As-U-Roam Subscribers only. - The service will be automatically activated once you have data connected overseas within the right telecom signal as below. - The only difference on Easy Data Roam from Bridge Data Roam Unlimited (No. 3) is you do not have to request the service manually to us when needed. - Please be aware there might be charges if you have apps running on the back even you are not really using thus make sure to delete app usage history as well. - If there is usage on app auto-run by accident and the usage is below 10KB, the charges can be waived. Otherwise there will not be such waiver nor refund on the charge. - Please check out signal often to avoid auto carrier selected and high extra charge. 5) Self-Activation/Deactivation of Data Roaming - Upon Roaming Data Block, you can enjoy Roaming Calls and SMS only. - If you want to activate or deactivate roaming data services, please dial as below. a. Dail *100# on your keypad -> Select Enable or Disable data roaming b. After dial this, you will receive auto-sms on the status update. - Manual Network Setting (Android) Setting -> More Network -> Mobile Network -> Network Operators -> Popup window -> Select relevant carrier referred to the table below. - Manual Network Setting (iphone) Setting -> General -> Carrier -> uncheck automatic -> Select relevant carrier referred to the table below

2. Terms & Conditions Bill Cycle & PRS-Barring Service - Bill Cycle: The bill cycle is from 1 st to the end of every month thus free bundle is reset every 1 st day of the month. The charges and free bundles will be prorated for the first month upon activation or transfer of ownership. - Change of Plan & Add/Remove Value Added Services will be prorated upon charges and free bundles. - All lines under New4U System Pte Ltd have PRS-Barring Service that blocks Contents & Services unless the user dial its phone number more than 3 times to verify for using this service. - Therefore users are responsible for all charges caused upon Contents & Services. There will not be any waiver or refund upon Contents & Services usage charges. - 3. Early Termination Penalty - Early Termination Penalty will be charged when line terminated before the contract expired. - Contract is 2 years with Handset provided. - The charges will be different, depending on the plan & unfulfilled month(s). Please refer to detail as below. 1) Combo1: $900 until 16th month. Monthly charges on unfulfilled month(s) from 17 th mth to 24 th mth. e.g. Subscription Fee $23.47 & Unfulfilled Months - 6 mth Penalty: $140.82 = $23.47 x 6 mth 2) Combo2: $900 until 16th month. Monthly charges on unfulfilled month(s) from 17 th mth to 24 th mth. 3) Combo3: $900 until 16th month.
