Honeywell Source Inspection Request Instructions [Suppliers] 1) Access the website by going to https://hia.honeywell.com Frequently Asked Questions Q: I do not have an account, how do I request for one? A: Use the Request User Account link to access the form so that you can request a new user account. Q: I requested a user account but why is the login not working? A: Your account is not active right away after you have submitted the form from Request User Account. An administrator will have to approve the request and an email will be sent to you with your login information. That is when your account is active.
Q: How long does it take for my account to be approved? A: The timeframe is usually 1 to 3 business days but it may take longer. If you do not get a response, please feel free to contact our support team (honeywell_stepq_support@sqaservices.com) to inquire about the account s status. Q: My password is incorrect, what should I do? A: Use the Forgot Your Password and fill out the form. Once submitted, an automatic notification is sent to your registered email. Q: I never received the password reset email, what should I do? A: Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure that your email system did not filter the message. 3) You will be presented with a list of your Prior Inspections below. Click New to proceed to the inspection request form. 4) Please select Inspection as the SRF Type and Click Next to proceed.
5) You will be presented with the Service Request Form, please fill in all required field. Provide as much information as possible to help expedite your request during review. 5a) Select the appropriate subtype for your inspection request. If you do not see the appropriate choice for your request, please contact the helpdesk for further assistance. 5b) Select the appropriate site information for your request. Use the dropdown to show all available sites If the site listed is not one that you are using for the request, please contact the helpdesk for further assistance
5c) Supplier Contact Select the person, from the dropdown menu, who will be the main point of contact at your facillity. If the person is not listed, please contact the helpdesk. This is the person who they will be in contact with in case the HTSI dispatcher or the technical specialist assigned to the task have any question(s): 5d) Target Date select the date that you would like to have the request performed. 5e) Comment Please elaborate on any additional details to support this request. This will help expedite your request during review. Once completed with the form, click Next to continue.
6) Continue to enter in the part that needs to be inspected within its respective row. If more than 5 line items are needed, please click on Save and Add More. Once completed with the Parts information entry, proceed by clicking Next 7) Attach any supporting file for this service request Click browse and locate the file you would like to upload. Provide a description of the file i.e Blueprint, checklist, etc). Once completed, click Finish to submit your request. 8) Save to Draft will not submit the request for review and processed by HTSI. Changes can be made and user can submit the request at a later time. Submit to HTSI No changes can be made once the record is status Submitted. This will submit the completed request to HTSI for review. HTSI will review and process the SRF into a task and assign the appropriate Technical Specialist to complete the request
Submit to HTSI and Add Another Submit the current request to HTSI, no changes can be made. User will be presented with another Service Request form to complete. Repeat step #5 to 8 to complete request. 9) Click on the Service Request then list - to show all service request from your company
